I’m grateful that our room is upgraded to deluxe. Staffs are friendly. The location is great and near the beach. Easy to move around in walking distance. Also near to halal restaurant.

The staff at the hotel are very enthusiastic. My family arrived early compared to check-in time and the staff flexibly let us check in early to rest. The breakfast was delicious and varied.

Phòng rất sạch sẽ,view biển lại hướng về bồn tắm nên chỉ nhìn được 1 góc thôi, ăn sáng không nhiều món lắm nhưng khá ngon, hồ bơi hơi nhỏ, xung quanh khách sạn cũng có nhiều nơi ăn uống, từ khách sạn ra bãi biển chỉ có 5’ nói chung ở đây rất thoải mái và hài lòng.

Vị trí trung tâm thuận tiện di chuyển đến bãi biển Trần Phú (có thể đi bộ) và các điểm tham quan khác. Đầy đủ tiện ích khu vực quanh Khách sạn. Cẩn thận đi xe máy phải đi đường vòng vì đường một chiều csgt bắt xe chạy ngược chiều rất nhiều. Bắt xe taxi cũng khó vì taxi phải đi vòng lớn do đường một chiều. Nhưng hiện tại Xanh SM của Vin bao phủ khắp thành phố nên đi bộ chút là thấy xe mà không cần book app (giá y như trên app, rất đàng hoàn) Phòng sạch sẽ, thoáng nhưng bữa ăn sáng rất nguội, thức ăn không được nóng

Phòng và toilet sạch sẽ, view đẹp. Khách sạn nằm trên đường 1 chiều nên dịp lễ, tết cao điểm hơi khó bắt xe. Buffet sáng cũng tạn ổn so với giá tiền nhưng các món nước như hủ tíu, bánh canh, bún thì rất nguội, kể cả trứng ốp la vừa chiên xong cũng không nóng. Nhưng khu vực xung quanh khách sạn đầy đủ tiện ích (đi bộ rất gần để ra mặt tiền đường, bãi biển Trần Phú) Đầu đường có cafe Highland, Starbuck và Vincom Plaza ngay đó. Vị trí trung tâm thuận lợi di chuyển không quá xa để đến Cáp Treo Vinpearl và các quán ăn nổi tiếng như Hải Sản Thanh Sương hay Nem nướng Đặng Văn Quyên Lãn Ông

The hotel staff is great! They can't speak English very well but they were really friendly and very helpful! The hotel itself is also clean especially the room. We booked a room with city view but we can still enjoy the view of the ocean. The free breakfast is also great but the tables and chairs were not enough to accommodate all the guests so some needed to bring their food to their rooms. The hotel is near the beach and a lot of restaurants around as well. They also lend beach towels for free. The only thing I didn't like is the advert which says free early check-in and late check-out. It isn't true as they asked us to pay for extra. They should remove it from the advert. In general, I am happy with our stay and I definitely recommend Aaron Hotel.

I have been to the beach in many places, but this trip to Nha Trang left a lot of unforgettable memories. Especially thanks to Aaron for giving me a comfortable place to rest, the rooms are very clean. I really like the breakfast buffet service here, the food is a little bit western, but I'm a light eater, so I feel the food is delicious and full. The staff are also enthusiastic, meticulous, good service with both Vietnamese and Western guests. The breakfast buffet here is beyond my expectations. Thank Aaron Hotel

Tôi đã gọi lễ tân qua điện thoại với 3 cuộc đều không có ai nhấc máy! Chiếc quạt trong phòng hỏng tôi đã mang từ tầng 21 xuống lễ tân để nhờ xem và sau khi tôi mang lên nó chưa hề được sửa và tôi lại phải mang xuống vì gọi không ai nghe máy! Một ý kiến cá nhân về buffet sáng chưa phong phú và tôi đã cảm thấy vô cùng khó hiểu với việc nhân viên khẳng định chắc nịch việc không thể giặt sạch được trải giường nếu như đúng là vết rượu dính lên! Bạn khẳng định đồ đó phải bỏ đi và không thể làm sạch và yêu cầu đền bù ngay! Tôi cảm thấy rất không hài lòng với cách làm việc như vậy! Thanks!

Friendly, polite staff. However, I booked a double bed, the hotel put 2 single beds in, there was a slot in between the 2 beds, it was quite uncomfortable, sometimes I had to push the 2 beds together.

Clean hotel. Staff are very enthusiastic. Right in the center, next to Vincom. Convenient travel. Each one is without a bathrobe so it's a bit inconvenient. Vote 9.5/10 for the hotel. Next time will come back to this hotel.

Room view turns but only see the whole high-rise building. Only the sea facing side has no windows, the window direction is the buildings under construction. The sea can only be seen from 2 o'clock to 4 o'clock from the window of room 19.

Room set for 3 adults, 1 child 7 years old, with bathtub. When the room was assigned, it was a double room, then in exchange for 2 single beds without a bath, the guest said that the assigned room was incorrect, the room was out of the room, received 1 night in exchange, now the room has 2 beds put an extra bed in the room 2 single beds, but the extra bed has no legs. When checking in, the check-in room was not charged for children 7 years old, but when going out at night to check in, they asked guests to pay an additional charge for children 7 years old 2 nights 300k. When booking room not to note surcharges for children under 6 years old. Room quality was too bad, toilet door could not be closed.
