The staff is ok, but the cleaning is a bit strange, the trash in the previous customer's trash can is still there, and the floor is covered in 80 layers of dust.

The staff were very lethargic, they avoided guests passing by and did not greet them happily. I stayed in room 1401 and the bathtub had a lot of hair, the shower knob had fallen off, I went down to report to the reception but was confused and did not know how to handle it, then a man there went up to check, then said they tried to use it, they would fix it tomorrow morning, but no one came to fix it afterwards. The hotel is very old, just good location, cheap price and buffet

😞😞 That was the worst travel experience when booking a room without reading the reviews of previous guests. I booked a 7-day room. From the outside, the hotel looked quite big, but when I entered the room, the rooms were very old, the bathroom was old, the faucet was broken and not fixed, the sheets and pillows were discolored. I booked a 7-day room, but when I checked in, the receptionist said the room would only be cleaned once every 6 days. I have been to many places, but this is probably the dirtiest hotel. When I talked to them about it, the hotel staff had a contemptuous attitude towards the guests, did not admit their mistakes, and were uncooperative. To put it bluntly, they were very rude. They talked like "the money is in your pocket, so whatever you do is your business" (Ancestor. If I hadn't paid in full in advance, I wouldn't have stayed a day). There was no electricity in the hallway, and no electricity at night either. The service was so bad that I had to leave before the 7 days were up.

easy to misunderstand for people who are not fluent in English. bed is a bed but is sold at the same price as a room at another hotel. The staff is not enthusiastic, the room is old, the surcharge is high, not worth the price.

1. When checking in, the receptionist gave me an uncleaned room, all rooms had no landline phone, I had to call my mobile phone, I ran down to change rooms and the receptionist didn't apologize. Giving me another room was not any better. 2. From the elevator, hallway, restaurant, everything was old, moldy, the trash can was rusty, leaving trash exposed looked very unsanitary. I wanted to check out immediately but I had already paid and couldn't get a refund. 3. The room was not soundproof, I could hear the water running in the bathroom of the next room, I could hear the cleaning staff... 4. In the morning, the food was cold, sketchy, the utensils were rusty, the table to set up the food was moldy and I didn't dare to eat it. The staff were unfriendly, no uniforms

I had a few days working here and had to give a very bad review. Facilities are too old, musty smell, no dryer, items such as paper and are very dirty. Arrange for guests to stay on a warehouse-like floor. Another huge minus point is that the staff attitude from sales to reception is extremely disrespectful to customers. Uncooperative attitude.

Checking in more than 30 minutes late seems to be a common story at the hotel, from the staff to the manager, no one feels guilty towards the guests. Saw at the counter that it said free check out for 15 or 30 minutes but at 12:01 p.m. the staff called with the attitude "come down quickly so I can clean the room" Weak Wf can't do anything The breakfast buffet is worse than the word bad I've never been disappointed. about the accommodation of this city as it is today
