My family felt very comfortable, the room is soundproof, maybe the 26th floor so there is no noise, the facilities and furniture are very new, the location of the central area should go very close, friends from the reception came to guard very enthusiastically and happily, 100 points for Annova ❤️ I stayed 2 more nights because I liked it so much 😂

The Hotel must have means to check the cleaning staff employees, I move from room 1107 to new room 2109 on Feb 24, I left my T-shirt in the bath room, and the hotel cannot get it back for me?, again on the Feb 26 I left my knee protection in room 2109, when I ask the hotel to look for them and they cannot. Two times happened within a few days, the cleaning people must have a problem. If they can take the leftover items then who can guarantee that they don't take what's in the room during cleaning time?

Just okay. The location is great—close to the shopping center and the beach—but it doesn’t feel like a 5-star hotel. Service is hit-or-miss. Some staff are friendly, others not so much. Check-in at 6 am took over 10 minutes and the staff wasn’t in uniform. I paid 1.7mil for early check-in compared to 1.3mil/night. Wish I had booked an extra night instead. Room cleaning staff are nice, but most of the breakfast buffet staff rarely smile. The kids' area is boring, and my son got tired of it in 5 minutes. The pool is indoor and too cold to swim. The room is not soundproof, and I could hear neighbors shouting in the middle of the night. The city view with a partial beach view is nice from the balcony. The food selection is enough for a 4-star hotel. It seems the hotel caters more to Chinese guests, as they were prioritized and well-assisted with welcome drinks and an exclusive dining area

It was really great, everyone. I was satisfied from the moment I stood in front of the hotel door until I left. The hotel helped me keep my luggage even though it was not check-in time yet, provided me with a room with a bathtub, brought my suitcase from the car to the room, and was very enthusiastic and smiling when checking out, truly 5-star standard. I swear when I booked, I didn't notice that it was a 5-star hotel, but when I got there, I realized it was 5-star. The room was spacious with a private sofa, microwave, balcony, and I was on the 32nd floor, which was great. The AC staff are very enthusiastic, in general, next time I go to Nha Trang I will stop by, because I often go to Nha Trang, the previous times I stayed at the hotels on Tran Phu, because I thought it was close to the beach, now I have to say that I am very satisfied with this hotel, very close to the beach, and coincidentally it is also close to the restaurants I often go to, if normally I have to ride a motorbike, now I can walk from the hotel to eat grilled spring rolls, banh canh, banh can... In addition, the hotel's buffer is 10 points, with many dishes, 2 mornings are 2 different lines of dishes. I really like it, RCM ACE come here. Honestly!

The manager forgot his backpack in the lobby, asked the receptionist to look for it 3 times but he said he couldn't find it. When the manager came back to look for it, the backpack was still in the same place. Very rude.

New hotel, clean, located right in the center. The staff is super cute, enthusiastic, thoughtful. The parking lot is large, spacious, and comfortable. In the evening, my family went to Chuon Chuon Kim restaurant for dinner, only 3 minutes walk away. In the morning, the hotel has a quite rich buffet, but the coffee is a bit weak. Very satisfied and really impressed with the service at the hotel. The receptionists and staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Although check-in time is 2pm, I arrived early and was still supported to check in 90 minutes early. The food is delicious and quite diverse. The first time I enjoyed duck pho, it was very delicious and to my taste. Will come back soon on the next vacation!

In addition to chicken pho, banana cake, low-sugar yogurt: delicious, beautiful swimming pool, high and airy, good sound, everything else is too normal, the price is a bit high, probably thanks to the central location with many services next door, small room with low ceiling, fine dust on the bed and mattress, when I turned on the light to read at night, the view from the room was bad, the toilet was small. I didn't check in until 8:30 pm, given a room on the 32nd floor, couldn't see clearly the Gold Coast, couldn't see the sea, couldn't see the Sheraton, felt dizzy with the high floor, went down to the reception to ask to change to another room, they were okay, let me go down to the 9th floor, but the room had a bad view. The staff was enthusiastic but I was not satisfied with the room arrangement. Before choosing Annova, I read the reviews and saw many compliments, but the experience was not satisfactory.
