The location of the hotel is very strategic, easy to reach, lots of restaurants and coffee places around it can be reached on foot, close to the big river that divides Ho Chi Minh City, the cleanliness of the rooms is good and the breakfast is quite varied and delicious.

Clean rooms! However the food was very bad. Steak with sour food - after eating it was gone! The kitchen admits and offers to buy medicine and get 30% off all services! However, when I got my signature on the bill, I only reduced the price of that meal by 30%, and ignored the supply of medicine! Bad service! Quite blatant

I enjoyed my stay here rooms always very clean and fresh. Had to top up to a room with nicer view after I booked a room with no windows. Gym is very small and old enough for a short pump up. Pool is on the roof and small. Staff is nice and friendly throughout my stay. Parking is available in front of the house. Overall I can recommend it. Will come back thanks Bay Hotel and its team!

The bathroom of the hotel uses a glass door to make a partition for the room, although it has a translucent layer, but outside, you can still see the silhouette and actions of the people inside quite well, especially the toilet. close to the glass and the glass right next to the bed in the right view of the person outside, no matter how much blurry the glass is, with such close arrangement, the outside can see up to 80% of the person inside when using the toilet .. .Really very impolite and people inside are also very afraid when going to the toilet. I think the hotel, if you have invested so badly, should attach an extra curtain at that glass to droop.

The room is very clean, the staffs are very kindly and helpful, I just arrive around 11 AM and they give permission to check in earlier The hotel located in downtown little tokyo and near tourist attraction The only problem was hot water didn't work when I was taking shower around 9 PM and also in morning Overall is okey for me

I had a room without windows and it’s ok. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is modern but it’s true that the wall in glass give not privacy if someone is in the room and another in the bathroom. Breakfast is good and with a large choice (the place for the breakfast is noisy). Good situation in district 1.
