Very good location, many coffee shops around like Starbucks, Katinat, Phuc Long, foods also Banh Mi Huynh Hoa, near Ben Thanh Market around 5 mins walk only.

The hotel called at 5:45 pm to cancel the room and asked to find another hotel, even though I had asked them to check in by phone since 2 pm. They even sent me my ID card and all. Doing business is so dishonest

Convenient location, but the refrigerator is broken, the TV can't be watched, the balcony view is ok but it smells like sewer, very smelly, in general, you can't use all the amenities as shown in the picture.

I have to wait for my room; Unfortunately, the room did not meet my expectations. How can they give me a room without a telephone? The celling is exposed, and there is a loud laughter from their department even though I closed the door properly. I don't make up the story, but after complaining, they gave me another room on the higher floor with a view. I don't need to upgrade for my room; The only thing I need is a genuine service. Anyways, I would appreciate the bellman attitude.

The manager here is a real jerk. Extremely arrogant attitude. The room is normal. The breakfast restaurant has a broken air conditioner so it smells terrible. The breakfast food is all fried.

Had a pleasant experience at this hotel. No high expectation because previous comments. Just stayed for 1 night and room (708) with city view are superb. Great hospitality. They gift the cute souvernior for memory. Cons: You need to bring your own iron or wear ironless attire, other than that you must be ready to pay (tips).

The room was very dirty. The room smelled musty. The soundproofing was very bad so it was very noisy. The hotel was under renovation but still accepting guests. They were doing renovations at night so it was noisy.

The room was clean and got cleaned up daily by staff. Free breakfast was just okay. The bathroom design was not my interest. The hotel spa was under maintenance unfortunately.

Mình để quên cái đầm mới mua 3 triệu ở đấy, gọi điện thoại cho lễ tân nhờ họ kiểm tra lại thì họ không phản hồi, mình gọi lần thứ 2 thì nhân viên khác nghe máy, bảo trước khi check out đã kiểm kĩ rồi, mình bảo chắc chắn để quên ở đấy thì nhân viên mới nói chờ họ kiểm tra lại, đã lấy thông tin số điện thoại mình nhưng cũng không thèm gọi lại luôn. Nói chung là thái độ làm việc rất tệ. Không bao giờ muốn quay lại
