I stayed in the room 1101. The air condition in that room had problem. I told receptionist in the morning already but it seemed like they couldn’t fix it even after a day long. I slept in very cold room that made me sick after that (1 more thing that I didn’t want to call them at midnight because surely they couldn’t fix it at that time). Another very bad experience: I didn’t eat anything in the room but when I check out, they said I ate 1 noodle (I even hadn’t seen it in my room). The second day I stayed, they called and informed that they took a cake from the minibar in my room. So I thought they missed something here. But it took my time when I checked out and was so annoyed!

We stayed one night after taking the halong bay cruise and went to halong water park. We arrived at 9pm and all the nearby restaurant were closed already. No night life around the hotel. The room is big and clean. The breakfast is really good, the best from all the hotel we stayed during our trip to north Vietnam. It s next to the market so it s a little noisy in the morning.
Plus point is it s near a big shopping mall, less than 5 minutes walk. 15 minutes with taxi to halong world park.

Location is great. However, the staff is not so professional. When I wanted to extend my stay, they offered me 50% of the full price if I leave BEFORE 6.00 p.m. But when I checked out at 5.45 p.m, they still forced me to pay full price of the room.
