+ Great view from my room. Variety choices for buffet breakfast.- Room and lobby aircon not cold.

The room quality was not as good as expected. The Room looked older, darker and dustier than in the picture. I was disappointed.

The room delivered does not match the order, the staff is rarely on duty at the counter, the hotel has a convenient location, classic design, but is old. Service is relatively friendly and attentive.

Wifi is down. They did not fix it and ignore

I had a very positive experience at your hotel. You prepared sweet gifts for me on the occasion of our honeymoon. Moreover, the Afternoon Tea service was very professional, with enthusiastic and helpful staff. The pastries and tea were delicious. Upon returning to Vietnam, your hotel will definitely be one of the places I will visit again. Well done. Thank you.
