Nhân viên thái độ với khách hàng quá tệ. Book phòng để đồ đạc lại là bình thường thì nhân viên yêu cầu note lại là để đồ lại, khách book phòng nhưng không ở. Vấn đề như thế nào là quyền của khách chứ lại có chuyện như thế. Khách sạn không cho huỷ, không cho hoàn tiền, gọi để thay đổi nhân viên cũng không giúp được gì. Khách không đến ở được cũng không thấy có ai liên hệ vậy thì đòi note hành lý của khách để làm gì

Hotel thơm tho, phong cách đúng nghĩa trầm lắng, đồ ăn sáng tuy không nhiều món lắm nhưng mà khá ngon. Tầng thượng có view tuyệt đẹp. Nhưng để tiêu chuẩn 4* thì chưa thực sự đúng lắm. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

Very helpful staff. Nice room and hotel amenities, including the rooftop pool and bar with a great view of the city. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet selection. Great location- a very short walk to Ben Thanh market, close to other attractions in the city; With lots of nearby cafes/restaurants, a convenience store, and even motorbike rental.

Just stayed for 1 night but overall it was OK experience. The restaurant was closed in dinner so it was a missed. Great location, good staffs. Nice jacuzzi. The breakfast was OK, too.
