The hotel is in the center, the rooms are clean, quite fully equipped (lack of lights). The receptionists are enthusiastic and friendly. The security guard and the security guard are super cute😍. Next time I come to Saigon, I will definitely come back to this hotel.

This time, I was lucky enough to have a lovely staff who helped me check in early, so it was more convenient. I often stay at this hotel because the price is reasonable and close to the center.

The environment and hotel rooms are very clean, comfortable and not noisy. Very close to shops and store centers. I will stay here again if I go to Vietnam.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite checking in late, our room was not cleaned when we arrived. The receptionist was unhelpful and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, which made the situation even more frustrating. Throughout our stay, the room's electrical system kept turning on and off, making it incredibly uncomfortable and unexpected. It was difficult to relax, and the lack of proper service made things worse. Overall, this stay was far from what we expected, and we won't be returning. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their cleanliness, service, and maintenance.

I left a new tube of feminine hygiene solution in the bathroom and contacted them a day later, but they said no. I was sure it was in the toilet and asked again, and they said the staff might have thrown it away during the cleaning process. The tube was quite big and new, so it couldn't have been thrown away by mistake. I also left a woolen bouquet on the table next to the TV, but I didn't bother asking because I already knew the answer. They had my contact, and if they really wanted to return it, they would have contacted me. Everything was fine except for the L&F service.

This is the worst stay ever. The hotel does not allow motorbikes to be parked overnight and must be sent to a 20k deposit even though the hotel is very big and does not notify guests when booking.
The hotel does not work according to the agreement (agreement to support guests to check in before the specified time). The room is not as new as in the photo. The toilet is very dirty and old.
When booking a room here, think carefully. Because for the same price, there are many better hotels. 1 star rating. Too bad

The towels were torn, the night light wouldn't turn on, the bed made a loud noise, the soundproofing was extremely poor. There were still children playing in the hallway at 1-2am. The staff didn't clean the room when I went out.

The hotel was clean and is located 1.2km from metro station. When sleeping we could hear everyone talking outside, so if you want to have a quiet room to sleep, this might not be a good choice.

At night in Saigon, it was cold and I asked for more blankets but the staff said they were all gone. The bathroom had a lot of hair, I don't know whose it was, the bed sheets were dirty. Only experienced once.

The hotel does not have personal amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, and comb to use. I know the hotel protects the environment, but for some people who are on business trips or do not have time to prepare, it is inconvenient.
