Dal Vostro Hotel & Spa

Just an internal window, can't get fresh air, the room very small, not 20m2, maybe 15m2, if I open my cases, no space can be walked, the receptionist attitude not good, they said all rooms full, can't change, nothing they can do. I booked two nights, they don't allow I cancel one night. It is unhappy experience to stay this hotel.

The room view and the pool are great. I was in other hotel before. I like your hotels. Food are great too. Worthy of the price

It’s located at the central of Old Town. Everything is very clean, they make house-keeping everyday. The room size quite smaller than I think and the balcony is useless, but overall is fine. I obsoletely comeback here next time

+ The location of this hotel is the best part of it. Few steps to Hoan Kiem lake and old quarter. Staffs were very nice, friendly, professional and helpful. Room was so clean and well furnished. The balcony is a bonus with table and chairs for relaxing. The alley Bao Khanh is always 1 of our favorite: quite, green and mixed between local and tourist. Even there were so many activities near the lake with noise, it was quite around this street. - The room makes me feel slightly smaller than in the picture. But after the 1st impression, we get used to it and enjoy it. Generally we enjoyed our stay at Dal Vostro. We recommend and will come back.

My first time in Ha Noi was fulfilled by Dal Vostro. The staff here are very friendly and caring. The bar downstairs is awesome. I had a great time here. Definitely gonna come back!
