I like live there very nice view, and room clean swimming 🏊 so nice can view city , but i don’t like wait too long hours checking 2:00 pm , if get room early we can go relax at the beach more time

December is really great! I know the hotel because I am a fan of Pam, the time staying here is extremely wonderful. The space is beautiful, meticulous, cozy, decorated in a modern style. The hotel owner takes care of every little detail here. The staff is always smiling, super cute. The breakfast buffet is very diverse, there are tables and colorful plastic utensils for children In addition, the cafe is beautiful, the kid club has many toys that the children love The swimming pool is 11 points, infinity, the water is clean, the hair and skin are not dry after swimming. Overall, I like it very much, when coming to Nha Trang, I will definitely come back to December hotel

We are a family of five from Sydney Australia with three young adults children. We got three double rooms with City view. We are so impressed with the ambiance, cleanliness and location of tge hotel. Staff are so very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at December again if we are ever back in Nha Trang. Keep up the AMAZING work December. Thank you for making our stay so unforgettable 💓 💗 👍 Forgot to mention breakfast and the pool are top notch. A special shout out to the lady chef at BF for wonderful suggestions 😋

- I visited the hotel on September 1. My group arrived a little early, around 1pm on the same day. Check-in was at 2pm, so I didn't complain about having to wait exactly 2am to check-in. However, I found that the staff at that time didn't really care about the customers. The staff only focused on foreign guests like Koreans, not domestic guests. 1/ When I drove to the hotel lobby, I didn't see any staff come out to ask for help or help with luggage. 2/ When we were waiting to check-in, we weren't offered any welcome drinks. It wasn't until 2pm, it seemed like they changed shifts, that we were offered drinks. I'm not sure if this was a hotel rule or something. 3/ When I took the car out, there were many guests' cars parked in the lobby and on the sidewalk, close together. I didn't see any staff help the guests back up to get out more safely. - The hotel's food menu is designed to suit Korean and Russian guests in general, foreign guests, so the food menu is quite limited and monotonous. - The next day when we left, a female hotel employee asked about luggage support. I think this time is better than yesterday. However, the first impression is no longer good. I think this hotel is not suitable for domestic guests to visit.

Thuong o cac khach san khac thi ho se linh đong nang cap loai phong đe ke them Extra bed. O đay loai phong nang cap chang khac gi loai cu minh book ma lai phu thu them qua nhieu. 2/Tien nghi trong phong kem. Nem cung khong co topper, thua xa 1 so homestay minh o. Bo tri cong nang khong hop ly, phong đa be roi lai con them ghe sofa nho va to, khong co cho đi lai va ke hanh ly. Buong tam thi qua nho, san mau sang rat de ban. 3/He thong cach am kem, co the nghe moi tieng đong am thanh cua khach ngoai hanh lang tu sang som hoac toi khuya. 4/He thong quat gio cua đieu hoa va toilet qua on, minh cu nghi la tieng may giat vat ca đem. 5/Nhan vien Bellman khong lich su, can training nhieu hon. Cam giac ban nay (toc ca re, nguoi khong cao) rat thich cuop loi khach hang va khong ton trong khach.

Khách sạn nhà em Pam tuyệt vời🤩 Hoàn hảo🥰 Mình siêu ấn tượng vì ở đây chỉn chu & tinh tế đến từng chi tiết, từ các bạn nhân viên care từ a-z, từ ly cafe, từ cái giấy note gửi lời nhắn cho khách khi khách đi vắng,... Rồi đến cái tên khách sạn sáng đèn lên khi mình đi trên đường Nguyễn Thiện Thuật vào ban đêm, đi từ xa đã thấy khách sạn là biết mình sắp tới nơi rồiiii Những chi tiết nhỏ như vậy thôi đã thấy mn siêu tâm huyết, hãy đến và cảm nhận nha các bạn. Chụp góc nào cũng có ảnh đẹp luôn mn ơiiii. Xứng đáng giá tiền. Lần sau vào NT chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại 😙😙😙😙

Ksan okla trong tầm giá, sạch, đẹp, nhân viên dọn phòng ok, ăn sáng tạm ổn, bể bơi chill, cách biển 500m, mỗi tội không gần trung tâm, xung quanh ít quán ăn ngon. Đường quanh đó không sạch và không sầm uất lắm Ngoài ra mình có ấn tượng không tốt lắm với 1 vài điểm 1. Lúc check in không thấy bell man. Tay xách nách mang kéo vali mở cửa rất nặng để vào quầy check in. Cảm thấy không được chào đón. 2. Lúc mới vào phòng mùi xịt phòng rất dễ sợ. Đã mới đi ô tô tới ngửi mùi nè còn say thêm. Thật sự khuyên khách sạn không nên xịt mùi này. Mình phải mở cửa phòng rất lâu mới bay hết 3.Nv hướng dẫn sử dụng đồ trong phòng không lịch sự lắm, bấm chuông xong mình mở cửa là xồng xộc vào phòng chỉ này chỉ kia như thày giáo vậy 4. Ăn sáng những hôm vắng không sao, hum nào đông không có chỗ mà ngồi, hỏi nhân viên cũng ngơ ngác không sắp xếp được chỗ ngồi. Và lát sau cũng quên mình lun. Nói chung thấy một số thứ nhân viên chưa được training nh nên qui trình hơi lộn xộn. Nếu cải thiện được thì toẹt vời.

Mê nhà Pamela nên quyết định book phòng ở December ngay không có cân nhắc options nào. Lễ tân so nice, phòng sạch sẽ nha. Buffet sáng basic thôi nhưng không phải nghĩ sáng ăn gì cũng hay. Chúc đội ngũ December luôn nice như zạy nhó
