I book a room and come and receive it, receptionist does not have a check. After a while of checking it, my room is no longer available, so my family room is 500k, are you staying? (My room is book on the app is 280k). Then the receptionist called the owner to resolve but I did not receive any apology, we had to wait for a long time, because it was 11pm at that time. The boss's attitude is not good. The solution of the staff is also bad. Never come back.

Cramped room. Dark. Recipes. No window. Bathroom is too small. No mirrors in the room. Service boring. The reception is less enthusiastic. They were cleaning the room because it was too dirty, they asked for cleaning, but the furniture and garbage remained intact. Too disappointed

The hotel is suitable for the price, but when I stayed on the second day, the electricity and water lost. If the weather was hot and the room went out, but the electricity went out, people could imagine it was terrible. That night my family had to sleep next to the hotel for 1 night. Except for that, everything else is fine.
