- The first night I was late because the flight was delayed and I also called the hotel in advance but when I arrived, the hotel arranged for me another hotel with the same room conditions as the hotel I had book: the room is small, wc is not clean and the bed is not clean> I am not satisfied - The next morning I have to actively ask the hotel staff that I have a room for the hotel to book to be able to clear the suitcase After that, it was reported that there was not yet, just eat breakfast first and then bring the suitcase to the receptionist immediately. Because I went on a tour during the day at 8pm, so there was a request for the hotel staff to bring the suitcase to the room.> The night I got the suitcase still at the reception and was arranged a 3-bed room on the highest floor but only 1 air conditioner old, the wc exhaust fan is broken, the TV cannot open any channel, the balcony door is damaged and can't be closed> I'm completely disappointed - the only plus point of the hotel is: local breakfast food> ok. Happy staff >> this is the first time I received a hotel room not as reviewed> please remedy this situation

I booked a family room and it was big enough for 4 people. Breakfast is not much good but still can eat. The location is closer to the lake.

I went out with a family of 4, booking a room thinking of a single bed and a double bed, but the room was surprisingly large, the room was bigger than I thought, there were 2 double beds and 1 single bed, clean, thing. cool air conditioner. The hotel is right in the old town, a bit noisy, but coming out of the hotel is not missing anything, opposite is the Vinmart supermarket so it is very convenient. The hotel owner and staff are super friendly, advise and recommend you choose a tour with a reasonable cost. Overall is very very ok, go out so it is not necessary to stay 3-4 star hotel.
