we took a long time to check in, but the receptionist come with us to the room and explain all about hotel and places around hotel, room is clean, big, we got a free upgraded room, breakfast so many choices and great.

Good service and staff is so very kind, I’m recommended come to stayed here :), there have the motorcycle for rent and have a care service for take to banahill and waiting take you back (cheap prices than grab car)

What impressed me most was that the staff here were very gentle, friendly and enthusiastic The swimming pool is small and pretty but opens late until 9pm, which is an advantage compared to other hotels. I can go out all day and then go splash in the water at night Breakfast is varied, 2 different menus every day Overall, it was a good experience for me. Thank you grand sunrise

Just need to walk from the hotel to the city center. Comfortable and clean. Food is also delicious. And there is a list of recommended foods, cafes, souvenir shops from the hotel. So it is not difficult to have to find where to go

great experience, very friendly staff, enthusiastic support. Luyen, Phi, Nhi are very attentive and friendly. Diverse food. Hotel near the beach. Motorbike rental available. Clean room. Will choose if I return to Da Nang. The only thing I don't like is that the soundproofing is not very good.

We went as a family, stayed 2 rooms for 5 nights. We chose a hotel that was not on the main road because we were afraid of noise, so we chose this one. It was only a few hundred meters away, easy to walk in and out. Nearby, there are minimarts, restaurants, massage shops, nail shops, and bars. The receptionist checked us in quite late, but we received friendly and easy-to-understand service, allowing us to go to the room quickly because we were very tired from traveling that day. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was firm and soft, and I didn't have back pain. There were complete facilities (but we couldn't see much from the window. Next time, we will book a room with a better view from the window). The staff were very lovely and took very good care of us, especially Nancy. She asked and took care of us every day. There was a problem with the noise from the children in the next room, so she changed it from the first day. One time, our children were tired and didn't go to eat breakfast. She noticed and came to ask if we wanted food to be delivered to our children's room. Then, she actually brought the food to the room. This was something that impressed us the most, in their observation and care for their guests, as well as other staff. They also treated other guests the same as us. As for other things that disturbed our stay this time, sometimes in the morning there was noise because the staff started cleaning the room. As for us, we tend to wake up late, so there might be some noise sometimes. But overall, Very impressed with this place and will definitely come back again. Thank you everyone from Thailand 🥰🥰

I enjoyed my stay at Grand Sunrise Boutique. The location is superb, a 10-minute walk to the beach and since it's in a pretty touristy area, there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and spas within walking distance. The room is spacious, clean, and I had a distant view of the beach which was great. The staffs were friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was okay, I wouldn't necessarily stay just for it but it was a convenient option to have nonetheless; Otherwise you can always explore the wonderful food around the area.

Incredible Services. Staff including Hiep, Trinh, Trang GiGi, Bella are all extremely friendly, supportive, and amazing. Rooms are absolutely 10 out of 10. Email me if everyone could find somewhat uncomfortable haha

The staff is super friendly and enthusiastic, speaks very softly and helps a lot. The hotel is in a central location, super close to the beach and has many delicious restaurants and good services nearby. The hotel facilities and space are great, the room is spacious and feels very cozy and beautiful. The pool area and outdoor seating upstairs are a bit dirty, maybe because of the rain, but overall it's still pretty great. 100 points for the service and enthusiasm of the ladies at the reception desk.

We chose this hotel after finding many good reviews and it is very true! They helped us with airport transfer and honeymoon setup in our spacious room. Lots of variety for breakfast during our 7-day stay. Special thanks to Nancy, Gigi, Helena, Hailey, Chau for making our time in Da Nang a very pleasant one! Really recommend everyone visiting Da Nang to stay in this hotel.
