The hotel is very convenient by the sea, my room has a direct view of the sea. The receptionist and especially the security guard are very friendly. Breakfast is quite simple. Also, I find the room cleaning quite sloppy. The hotel is worth trying compared to other hotels in the same price range.

The hotel is okay, located on a small street so there is little parking space, so cars have to park a bit far away. The room area is a bit small and the bathroom has water leaks. Breakfast is included, quite delicious.

Good location, near the beach. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Cheap price, everything is fine except the small bed. Suggestion if we can change to a bigger bed, it would be great, will come back.

Every year I go to Quy Nhon, I stay at Haku. The room price is cheap, the view is nice, near the beach, walking distance, the rooms are clean, the cleaning ladies, receptionists, and security guards are all lovely, 10 points.

When I arrived, it was raining a lot, the water was dirty and there was no hot or cold water even though it was cold and rainy. I asked the receptionist and they told me to wait until tomorrow to see how it would be.
Next, the motorbike rental service at the hotel was extremely bad. Before renting, I asked to rent from 5pm yesterday to 5pm tomorrow, which was 1 day, but when it came time to pay, they said it was 2 days, not 1.5 days because the next day I rented for another 5 hours (over 5 hours is counted as 1 day, BUT NO ONE TOLD ME WHEN RENTING!)
In general, the hotel experience was bad - bye bye, I will never come back!

The hotel is clean, near the beach, my room has a balcony and a very nice sea view, cheap price and includes breakfast, a great experience in Quy Nhon, the breakfast is not diverse but delicious and suitable for the price.

Booked 3 large rooms, I called before checking in but when I arrived, the receptionist said there was only 2 minutes left and moved me to a small room without calling or texting me in advance, saying it was due to an app error.

Oh, the hotel is super super cute, from the security guard to the receptionists and even the breakfast. Everyone here is very enthusiastic. The room is suitable, fully furnished and everything is in good condition. If I come to Quy Nhon, I will definitely still choose this hotel
