Everything is great, the hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Room very clean and airy. Exactly as described. The location is right behind the shark's jaws, so it's convenient to go around the old town.

The location is outrageous, 10 steps to Hoan Kiem lake and night market, opposite circle No and right in the center of the lake and old town, can't believe this affordable price has such a super nice location hotel like this . I booked a standard room but was upgraded to deluxe even though it was April 30, the room is fully equipped and suitable for the location and hotel standards. Soft mattress to sleep well, smart TV to watch youtube movies comfortably. The water system is strong, the air conditioner works well. Staff is very nice, attentive, friendly.

Saya tidak akan menginap di sini lagi. Hotel kok kaya ruko. Tidak sesuai dengan harga yang saya bayar 970.000 rupiah perhari. Ini bukan hotel bintang 3 plus tp sejenis hostel. Jorok 😂.

Very strategic location, one of the best location in Old Quarter. Hoan Kiem Lake is only a stone throw away. And the service is also top notch, props to Mr. Jackie and all the staffs. Hotel room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. We will definitely stay in this hotel when we visit Hanoi in the future. Thank you Mr. Jackie, Happy Tet Day!

The first time I encountered an unpleasant booking like this, I came to check in quite late at more than 10pm, when I arrived to find out the room class I booked, I had to walk (walk to the 4th floor), there was no elevator, while informing me. this information is not specified in the general information of the hotel - how do guests know?! I did not agree with such a room, asked to change another room, the staff said no, then I asked to cancel and refund, she also agreed, and at this time, the hotel does not support the guest. At this time, I felt annoyed and talked back and forth with the receptionist. And also for the first time, I received some very unreasonable statements from the reception: the receptionist said that I had something vague, I had to call the hotel to ask, while the basic amenities were available, maybe booking After that, guests have to call the hotel to ask if there is an elevator or not? When I arrived at the hotel to check in, the staff greeted me and asked me to check in. Exchange the necessary information, then come back and tell the guest not to say hello or speak a word to the reception? Wow what is it?! Who is so rude that they don't say hello and don't say a word?! Perhaps this is also the first time and also the last time I come here, I don't want to cause more frustration and bad experience with the service here.

The hotel charges an additional fee because at 2 people, when I booked, I did not see the item accommodating 1 person, on the booking page is still only room for 2 people. How confusing? Feeling like being on fire? The receptionist did not say anything from the beginning, when checking out, there was a surcharge. Hope the app clarifies how accommodating 1 person is?
