Hanoi Le Jardin Hotel & Spa

The hotel staff and policy is not friendly to family who bring child. So many restrictions that I've never been feel in others city in Vietnam.

khách sạn yêu thích khi đến hà nội, mình ở đây đã 4 lần và lần nào cũng đều yêu. Nay khách sạn đã có thêm spa, 10% giảm cho khách in house, trải nghiệm khá thích. Thích nhất là tinh dầu ở lobby, rất dễ chịu, ngày mình đến hà nội rét và mưa phùn, ly trà cam gừng của khách sạn welcome drink uplift mood mình luôn cả chuyến đi :)

The trip was very comfortable when choosing Le Jardin as a place to stay. The way of serving is very attentive and enthusiastic. Located in the city center so it's easy to get around. Room is clean, modern. My parents are very satisfied with the service and experience here. Definitely when coming to Hanoi this will be the choice again.

Nice clean room. The receptionist was very attentive, I even got a free room upgrade. Then I rest for up to 2 hours, which is also free for me. I will definitely only stay here when I return to Hanoi. 10 points no but :))

This hotel was recommended by a friend, which is from Hanoi, she told I should go there, her friends already been there and liked it. They have two hotels, next to each other. Super friendly and nice service. Proactive in suggestions of food. The room was clean, neat and had all amenity I needed for my two nights stay. The shower is in a bathtub, but this is such a small detail. Highly recommended.

Very small room, low ceiling, room entrance very narrow (picture attached). No water on Friday night till Saturday morning.

1. The hotel is not soundproof, in the room (307) can hear all the voices of the housekeeping staff outside as well as the voice of the front desk switchboard talking with housekeeping 2. The hotel does not respect the privacy of customers wearing clothes. Although operating in the accommodation business, it is very important to keep the privacy of guests. The hotel allows outside guests to take pictures outside the door & inside the hotel. - First time: 5 months ago, I stayed at the hotel for the first time (room 60m2), the condition was terrible, 4-5 models & deputy photographer took pictures inside & outside the hotel for hours both morning and afternoon, The staff and clothes are so scattered in the lobby that guests don't have a seat to use. The lobby has 2 toilets, the models go in and out to change continuously, 1 model occupies 1 toilet for many hours. Even model & photographer have the right to go to the hallway on my floor to take pictures in the hallway, stand for hours in front of my door. I opened the door to meet them. When I was still in my room, I couldn't live comfortably when someone else was standing right outside my door taking pictures for hours. And I'm using the most expensive room ks. I have given this hotel a very serious comment when checking-out and telling the hotel if there is no improvement I will not come back to the hotel again. The hotel reception apologized & promised to notify the management to take remedial measures. - 2nd time (return this time): the condition persists, only reducing the frequency. After 1 night, the room is not soundproof, can't rest, can't sleep every morning every noon because of the outside noise of the housekeeping team, the continuous opening and closing of other rooms, and there is still a team taking pictures in front of the hotel door causing trouble. inconvenient & not private for myself when moving into the property, I decided to check out and complain to the reception. Reception has apologized that the hotel has reduced the frequency of guests coming to take photos and will notify the management of my comments. The problem is not to reduce the frequency, but to immediately close this service because no one wants to go to a hotel without ensuring quietness & privacy for customers. I will not come back to this hotel again.

I have a habit of checking the feedback of old customers before deciding to choose a place to stay. Feeling when coming to use the service is very satisfied: - Staff attitude is polite, attentive, and polite. - The airy lobby has a cafe area with interesting, convenient space, quality drinks and reasonable prices. -I used a double room, although it was a bit small, it was clean and tidy. In particular, the bathroom area and the sheets and blankets are very clean. The neighborhood is conveniently located and very quiet, suitable for those who like to be near the center but are afraid of the hustle and bustle like me. There is a small note, the hallway area is not air-conditioned, so guests may experience heat shock. The soundproofing of the room door is not good (a bit inconvenient if the guest staying is a passionate couple ^^). Changing this would be even better. Seeing that there are customers who have questions about the room deposit even though they have paid in advance via the app. But I find it reasonable to guard against risks or property damage caused by guests. Will definitely come back when I come to the Capital.

Khách sạn đẹp nhưng đội ngũ nhân viên làm việc không chuyên nghiệp, khách sạn 4* mà cả checkin và checkout không hề có ai phụ giúp hành lí, mình con gái lúc nhận phòng vật vờ một đống hành lí không ai giúp, 4,5 bạn lễ tân hình như chuẩn bị giao ca mà cứ đứng nhìn vậy, nhân viên không nhiệt tình, không niềm nở :)) ở 2 đêm mà thấy không hài lòng team ksan. Mà còn vấn đề nữa là mình ở hết Việt Nam, đã book phòng thanh toán qua app rồi mà nhận phòng vẫn cọc 500k :))) kiểu nó cứ không chuyên nghiệp kiểu gì ý :)) scan cả giấy tờ các kiểu rồi vẫn phải cọc tiền :)) May khách sạn đẹp nên đỡ :))

Mình book 2 booking ở đây liên tiếp vì quá hài lòng với thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên, vô cùng lịch sự, quan tâm và thân thiện.
