The room is fully furnished but the facilities in the room are quite old. Beautiful lobby, enthusiastic staff. The room is located in the center of District 1 so the price is a bit high based on personal feelings. The room doesn't even have a hair dryer.

Mình đi 4 người nhưng thấy phòng rẻ quá nên đặt phòng cho 6 người ở luôn. Rộng rãi thoáng mát, view ra đường phố rất thoáng. Phòng như hình mô tả. Với giá hơn 600k cho 4 người ở là tuỵêt vời. Điểm trừ 1 chút là nội thất hơi cũ, nhưng với giá này là mình không đòi hỏi gì thêm rồi.

Close to the city center. The room is clean, but the furniture is old. I asked the staff for help on how to lock the room door, but the staff was not willing to help.

The male staff was unfriendly and asked for extra money for drinking mineral water and coffee. He was rude and had no attitude of serving guests, instead he slept on the sofa when he wanted to check out.

Thank you for visiting my hotel, but I hope you have a more objective view. In the room there is a mini bar, you use water and coffee there, you have to pay according to the price list in the room, I do not understand why you feel unhappy when you have to pay for what you use. You use the water and do not want to pay, of course the receptionist will not allow that. In addition, when you check out, it is almost 4 am, the receptionist sleeps on the sofa, which is normal because they are also human like you, they also need to rest. Thank you

The shower doesn't work, there's no iron, when I borrow an iron, they give it to a customer and it gets dirty and ruins the clothes I ironed, when the iron gets dirty and stains the bed sheets, they charge a high fee while I ruin my dress. When the staff asks me to call a taxi, they just give the number so the customer can call and handle it themselves.

Crocoach running around. Manage to assassin 1 only. Wall attach with 3 insect cocoon/tapeworm cocoon. Use insect repellent to kill it off. Handbasin faucet leaking, wet the whole toilet. Hand held Shower head keep on drop off. Doesn't fit the holder.

Phòng hơi cũ nhưng sạch sẽ. Chất lượng phục vụ tốt, các bạn lễ tân nhiệt tình. Mình được nhận phòng sớm trước 3 tiếng. Vị trí trung tâm thuận tiện đi lại. Lần sau có dịp đến sài gòn sẽ book tiếp phòng ở đây.

This price is already very preferential compared to other hotels in the area. In addition, hair dryers are equipped in all rooms (specifically, they will be kept in drawers) if you can't find one. First, about the mattress, we have a choice of soft mattresses and hard mattresses for customers with different requirements. If you feel the mattress type is not suitable, why not contact the staff for assistance in changing to a soft mattress type. The second thing is that our drinking water is not expensive, we just charge it at the general price like other hotels in the area. And finally, please tell us specifically what actions or words the check-out staff had that made you say that the staff was not friendly. I'm really confused why the rating is high. This is my real review: - very thin bed as shown in picture. So hard and rigid. - so many ant if you put your food on the table. Don't ever leave your food on the table. - the receptionist is fast working but has no intention. - the receptionist didn't tell about large mineral water is not free whereas there is no mineral water price in room snack price list. - very near to benh tan market. - the floor is clean but so sticky. - the price is not worth it for this kind of room

3 star hotel but room quality is very bad. When I checked in, it was not the same as the luxury room I booked in the hotel. The hygiene was very bad, the water was cut off, there was no hot water, the air conditioner was in the Ming Dynasty. The experience was very bad and I couldn't stand it, so I checked out 1 day in advance

However, please tell the truth and don't say untrue things to smear us. you are only the person who booked the room and not directly to our hotel! Your friend received the correct Luxury room that you booked but said it was not correct? It doesn't make sense that you couldn't come up with anything wrong when we asked. In addition, our hot and cold system is very normal, your friend doesn't know how to use it, so he said there was no water and went down to the lobby to curse our staff, we went up to the room to check and show you how. use immediately. It's hard to understand why your friend didn't know but didn't ask, instead cursed in a very uncultured way and now even commented untrue things for the purpose of smearing their reputation. I. Our hotel cleans the room and cleans the room every day, so the problem of dirty cleaning is hoping that you will reconsider and comment with the truth. Best regards!
