Havana Nha Trang is an ideal centrally located hotel, right on the main strip with tons of shops, restaurants, and attractions just right next door. Deputy General manager Nguyen Van Trong and staff made sure our families every need was accommodated with warmth and amazing customer service. The rooftop restaurant Skylight offered an unbelievable view of the beach and the city of Nha Trang along with a quality dining experience. I loved our stay and would definitely stay again just for the amazing pool and spa.

An outstanding place for family vacation This is my first time coming to visit Nha Trang and we absolutely love it. We stay in the city center where Havana hotel is. The hotel is in a great location, full access to the beach across the street. You can go through the tunnel to avoid the traffic. Lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery shopping and tourists places within walking distance. Stunning view from the 45th floor of rooftop at Havana. It’s a must and only thing that you don’t want to miss here. The hotel is very professional with nice facilities and great service. Nice, clean and big room, great food, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even made a birthday cake for my younger child which I didn’t expect but I am so grateful for it. All of these make our family vacation a great experience and I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is interested in taking a family vacation in Nha Trang.

The place to be! Be prepared for a lack of air conditioning, but that seems to be a general thing in Nha Trang. The atmosphere is fun and enchanting. The food was great! I had a beef salad in a pineapple and the cocktails were made with fresh juice. At night it becomes a dance club for those really wanting.

Because I went on the weekend, the number of guests checking in and checking out was quite crowded, the frequency of room cleaning to deliver to guests was also slow, so the time to deliver rooms to guests was later than the hotel's scheduled time. However, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast buffet was rich and the room view was beautiful, which was a big plus for the hotel. The tunnel leading to the sea was very safe for families with small children.

5-star hotels should be assured of all services. The bedroom is clean, fully equipped. Central location in Nha Trang so it is very convenient to move. Wonderful Nha Trang beach.

The room is okay, the breakfast is varied. However, the reception hall is a bit poor and the procedures are slow. There is no support staff to carry luggage to the vac room to check out. Bad reviews are no match for a 5* hotel.

I went by personal car and the staff looked and served without enthusiasm. Amenities are poor, the children's play area is limited, the old rooms and windows are completely blocked from the neighboring buildings. Common space is narrow.
