The outside bed is tiny, it's uncomfortable for one person to lie down on, the inside bed has an incredibly hard mattress, the sofa is sinking, this is the first time I'm in an apartment and I have to use a key to open it, not a card 🤦🏼‍ ♀️

Có dịch vụ thuê xe hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Chăm sóc khách hàng trả lời nhanh. Hàng ngày có nhân viên dọn phòng và bổ sung thêm đồ đã dùng.

People are careful to be tricked, hanging goat's head selling dog meat, unassuming staff. I am the leader of the group, I book a room with my name, my phone number, I work and text with the staff. But the staff went to collect money from their guests twice without asking for their opinion. After collecting both times, he didn't say anything to me. When I asked, I said I didn't know I was the one who would pay, but I also blamed myself for not telling them. I think as a service person must understand the minimum thing to work with, who is the one who makes the reservation, then collects that person. The hotel has photos of the swimming pool, but when they come to stay, they say they can't use it, if they want to use it, they have to pay money. If you don't make it clear to the guests from the beginning, you will blame the guests for not paying attention in the amenities section without swimming pool 😏 I strongly advise people not to book a room here, lest they be disappointed and annoyed.

Hello, You are not the leader of the group traveling together, but you are exactly the booker on the app for the group to get the price difference, then on check out you cram a group of 16 people into our apartment to stay until 7pm, we I collect 600k fee that you say this and that every time the contract is reduced to 500k to eat the difference of 100k. But that is unacceptable. Then finally closed 600k, our reception asked you to collect cash from guests, you refused to answer, so we were forced to collect 600k by ourselves. After the customer checked out more than 30 minutes, then why did the customer collect the money? We provide the exact room and facilities that we advertise as on the booking. The sales methods to collect the difference we implement in the sales channel via TA, if any customer is a room seller, please contact us directly to avoid misunderstandings during the booking process. We deeply regret the case of this customer, who was a booking unit for the price difference but booked through an online channel, which resulted in a misleading process implementation. After this feedback, other customers will surely see for themselves whether your review is objective or true to reality.

The apartment is just like the photo. When I booked, I was a bit worried because the price was cheap, close to the sea. But when I received it, I was shocked because it was so beautiful, clean and full of amenities like at home, there was a washing machine, rice cooker, microwave... had to take a picture and review it right away so that everyone wouldn't panic. One inconvenience is that the road is only as small as an alley, a 7-seater car cannot enter, and the hotel's swimming pool, so the apartment has to pay money to swim. If I come back to Nha Trang, I will still book here

The room is spacious, clean, with cleaning staff, daily filtered water. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. Traveling but like at home, the room does not lack anything, from the kitchen, bowl, washing machine. Right in the center of the tourist area, a few steps to the night market, 2-4 square, the beach. In general, it is convenient to do anything. Really satisfied :D

Căn hộ đầy đủ tiện nghi, có cả máy giặt, lò vi sóng và các dụng cụ bếp, chén đĩa đầy đủ. Phòng rộng, thoải mái. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, dễ thương. Nhóm mình đi đến sớm, nhân viên báo nếu có phòng trống sớm sẽ hỗ trợ xếp phòng để nhóm nghỉ ngơi sớm.
