We stayed here for only one night. We arrived at the hotel at 5 am. We were allowed to rest and store our luggage before check in time. When we checked in, our room was upgraded so that we got a bathtub and balcony. We liked the complete room facilities, especially the welcoming snack which was a very sweet orange. We also enjoyed swimming and sauna at night. All the staff who served us were very kind. We were even escorted home to the exit and given gifts which were oranges, snacks, and drinking water.

De Sapa Hotel service is very good especially for the customer service who offer us to help purchase transportation ticket to go to Fansipan. Also when a luggage of my friend left in hotel, they contacted us so we could picked up the luggage. Everything was outstanding. I booked a trekking tour and then after that we had reserved a room in the hotel, the smell of cinnamon is very nice, the room is amazing but the thing I felt incredible is the massage service super relaxing after a long trekking trip.

Terima kasih utk pelayanannya. Resepsionisnya sangat ramah & membantu saya utk order taxi saat check out. Saya jg diberikan goodie bag yg berisi sunkist, biskuit & air mineral saat check out. Kamar saya jg diupgrade shg ada balkon dgn view gunung (sayangnya saat itu berkabut), dapat free spa jg. Pho saat sarapan sangat enak. Lokasi strategis dekat dgn sapa station. Their staff is simply amazing, starting with son but of course the others, always ready to help our requests. I will go back and use this hotel when I come back to Vietnam. Very well located. Rooms very quiet and comfortable, as well as the beds. Nice breakfast with pho soup just prepared and all kind of eggs.

Great travel the way you feel it, The hotel has an ancient and colorful European design, very complete services that make you satisfied, that is the best thing here, the rooms are designed according to the mountainside, at the restaurant you will see the peak. Fansipang mountain is high every morning.

We will remember a beautiful Sapa, the people here are wonderful, we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights but actually the services at the hotel convinced our group to stay 2 more nights before the long trip to Ha Giang, this is my personal opinion about the service here but that is what we really feel about the service, We thank the little man at the reception for assisting the group with wonderful sightseeing schedules.

Pengalaman yang menyenangkan menginap di De Sapa, lokasi yang strategis, cukup jalan 5 menit untuk ke sapa station atau ke tengah kota. Staff hotel sangat ramah dan memiliki bahasa Inggris yang cukup baik. Mereka mengantar kami sampe di mobil saat check out dan memberikan banyak paper bag berisi jeruk yang manis, air mineral dan kue egg drop. Di de sapa ada kolam air panas yang belum sempat kami coba. Jangan lupa bawa baju renang di sini. 😁. Terima kasih Hotel De Sapa.

Wonderful boutique and Amazing pool and sauna free in this hotel and great location surrounded by shops, Rooms are spacious and kept spotlessly clean. The contemporary decoration was stunning and furnishings warm and cosy. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for making this a memorable stay.

Sapa is a magical destination, we have beautiful memories of this place with the beautiful Desapa hotel, great service, beautifully decorated dinner, and very suitable food for our family from the south to the north. , the sightseeing spots are also very beautiful. Overall, the family had a wonderful time in Sapa and this hotel. Note: When using the spa and hot water swimming pool, you should use it around 6:00 p.m. to be less crowded. Massage services should be booked at the reception desk to get them. Super lovely voucher
