The hotel is more than expected. The room was clean & the staffs were very nice. It takes only 3 minutes to Hoan Kiem lake.

Clean and spacious room, stable warm water system, comfy bed, very kind, friendly and supportive staffs (they notice to realize the problem even before I have to ask, which made me feel like being well taken care but not feeling privacy violated). The Imperial is located in the center of everything I need, definitely a place I will go back for my next travels to Hanoi.

I booked a room on behalf of my younger brother from Saigon. She had a short vacation of 2 nights and 1 day here. Friendly staff is probably the biggest plus point at Imperial. I was extremely impressed with their enthusiasm when welcoming me CI at midnight and when the CO helped me move all my luggage onto the car and waved goodbye. If I have the opportunity to come to Hanoi, I still think I will choose to stay at Imperial.

Nhân viên rất thân thiện và chu đáo. Khách sạn gần khu phố cổ nên có nhiều tiện ích như hàng ăn, mua sắm, gần Hồ Gươm, khu trung tâm để đi dạo. Tuy nhiên không biết có phải booking lúc sales hay không mà 1 trong 2 phòng booking không được đúng chuẩn Deluxce.

The room is like the picture, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, but the soundproofing is poor. The location is right in the old town at the end of the walking city, so I can't get in by grabbing a car, so I have to walk and drag my suitcase out

The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, the room is as beautiful as the picture, but the soundproofing is bad, the next room opens the door or hears it all. Located right in the old town, but unfortunately on weekends (Tuesday => cn) the city can't walk by car, so when I came here, when I came back, my suitcase saw her going out to book a car.

bell and hotel reception staff are enthusiastic, happy, clean, ok rooms. But the thing is, I pressed DnD, but in the morning there was still HK knocking on my room to ask if the room was cleaned, the first day I thought it was because she didn't notice. But on the second day, I pressed DND again, but Miss HK knocked on my door again. Only this makes me a little uncomfortable, the rest of the hotel's services are ok. Maybe it's due to the period of few customers or something, but when I ordered the food, it was a plate of ks' fried noodles, it was a bit dry and bland, there was no seasoning or anything. beef is dry.

Clean hotel, polite and courteous staff. The hotel's address is very close to Sword Lake and the old town, suitable for those who travel. But the only thing I don't like is that the room is not soundproof, the next room is talking about everything here, it's uncomfortable.
