Whenever I go to Nha Trang, I always stop by Imperial. Clean hotel, sea view, right in the center. Convenient for eating and traveling. What I like most is the cheerful enthusiasm of the staff. If I have the opportunity to go to Nha Trang, I will still choose Imperial.

4 days 3 nights trip, room has bathtub, full amenities in the room, every day there are staff to clean the room and refill personal items, towels, tea and water. The receptionists are very enthusiastic, I asked them to book a motorbike rental, buy Vinpearl tickets, tickets to the Hundred Eggs tourist area,... the staff advised on the cost and the accompanying services very well. I asked them to check out late until 3pm, pay an extra fee but it was small, they were all okay. The rooftop has a swimming pool, wet and dry sauna, very good. The hotel location is also convenient, walk across the street to the beach, there are many shops around, go a little further to the Vinpearl cable car leading to the island to play. I rate all the services as good to very good. I will come back here again when I have the chance.

The toilet and bathroom do not have hot water. In the morning, if you take a shower, you have to wait 30-45 minutes for the water to get hot. In the evening, you have to wait 20-30 minutes for the water to start warming up and getting hot. The waiting time for hot water is too long.

friendly staff, good support, good location, turn right there are also some good restaurants, there are many coffee shops around. The buffet has many dishes but little meat in porridge, pho, and noodles because I have a small child so I find there is a bit little food for the child but the food is delicious. Another minus point is that on the 17th floor the wifi is too weak and the balcony has a large distance between the cells, also because there is a small child so it is scary, adults can do it without worry. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this hotel.

Central location near tourist attractions saves on travel costs. The beach is opposite, there is a park. Suitable for small families or business trips. Flexible check-in time, I arrived around 1pm and was supported to check in. The room space is moderate, the soundproofing is a bit poor. The breakfast at the hotel does not have too many dishes but the taste is okay.

Friendly receptionist and security guard, facilities are a bit old, buffet restaurant does not have exhaust system, standing for only 5 minutes but already smelled of food. Forgot charger in room when checking out but room check staff did not mention, only reported the price of the water the guest drank... They must have forgotten 😆😆😆

The room was not clean, the bed and pillows felt like they were not changed. It was itchy to lie down, the pillow at the head was very smelly. There was only 1 pillow on the bed, I went to other hotels and they all had 2 pillows/bed. The bedroom was not clean, the floor was full of sand, the bed was dirty and there was trash from previous guests. The bathroom smelled damp as if there was no deodorant like other 4* hotels, there were only 2 elevators and they were very slow, overall the experience was very bad. The receptionist and staff in the lobby were very enthusiastic and cheerful, very ok. I think the hotel is only worthy of 2* or 3*. With this price, I would stay in another 4* hotel and it would be better than here.
