Temporary room, poor soundproofing so quite noisy. Staff not very tactful. Female guest carrying heavy suitcase down stairs, male staff standing watching not wanting to help. The sink drain pipe is leaking outside.

Over a hundred a night is not worth it. Around 400 is appropriate. Old hotel, poor soundproofing Booked 2 days for over 750 a night but the room was not cleaned between the 2 days? Amenities are also not good You should read reviews on google before booking

Hello, We do not know why you are looking for a reason to defame the hotel like this? When you checked in, we informed and instructed you carefully that if you want to request room cleaning, you must hang a sign requesting room cleaning before we can enter. If the customer does not hang a sign, it means that they do not want the staff to enter the room without permission for the safety of the customer's personal property. We have served many customers, if you feel that the price of 750k per night for the central area of District 1 and District 3 is expensive, you should book a motel with a price of 350k per night to stay. We know that the reason for your personal revenge is because we did not support and accommodate your late check-out at 7:00 p.m., so you thought of this revenge. And we would like to inform you that we will put your name on the blacklist to refuse to serve you next time. We need customers but we also need to filter customers like you to make life better.

The hotline number is unreachable after notifying that I got emergency situation about car parking and need help.- I booked 30m2 room but it was smaller and the facility became worse, old.- The receptionist was helpful and friendly but the the hotline guy should be considerable.

Thank you for your feedback; however, we need to clarify the following matters: 1)We have clearly advertised on the Traveloka website and other platforms that WE DO NOT OFFER FREE CAR PARKING. Customers with cars will need to park in a lot 300 meters away from the hotel, and there will be a fee. This fee is to be paid directly by customers to the service provider. 2) Our hotline is available only during business hours from 7 AM to 11 PM daily. If customers wish to contact us after 11 PM, the system will automatically redirect to the reception hotline because the reception and security staff of the hotel are available 24/7. 3) Your booked room is a Standard Room, and we have provided exactly what was specified in your booking. You cannot expect a Standard Room to accommodate 3 guests as per your request. If your family consists of 3 people, you must book a Family Room. 4) We will place your name on our blacklist and refuse to serve you because of your dishonest feedback and attempts to mislead public opinion with the intention of damaging our hotel's reputation. Therefore, we will refuse to serve you next time. Best regards and wishing you good health.

The room is beautiful and clean, the staff is extremely lovely. I have a small suggestion: the paint on the wall in my room at 302 is a bit peeling. I hope they will repaint it a bit.

Hi sister, According to the hotel's regulations, we only provide a maximum of 2 towels per day for customers in a double room. However, from the day of check-in, you requested us to provide 8 towels at a time during your stay. However, on the second day, you continued to request 6 more towels. In total, in just 2 days, you requested 14 towels for a double room without agreeing to return the old towels for the hotel to wash. If every customer demands unreasonable things like you, how can the hotel satisfy many other customers?

The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. However, I think the hotel should arrange a landline phone in each room so that customers can contact the receptionist more easily instead of dialing a separate phone number to call when needed. The amenities in the bathroom should be more basic, such as a razor, hairbrush and hair cap. I would highly appreciate this experience.

My family went by 7-seater car and were afraid there would be no parking, so we contacted in advance and were told that we couldn't park in front of the hotel but could park nearby. But when we got there, we were told that there was a toll parking lot that had to be driven a long way, and there was also a one-way street. The receptionist said that it wasn't the branch they were talking to, so they could only help point us to a few parking lots.

Thank you to the hotel staff who helped top up my internet. That person can speak a little Thai. I feel relieved to meet someone who can speak Thai. The Vietnamese person is cute, friendly, and provides good service. I highly recommend it.
