Staying at this hotel was very pleasant. I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning and the hotel staff gave us access to a special room to rest until it was time for us to check in. We were also able to take a shower in the swimming pool so that we could do activities in Sapa first even though we couldn't check in yet. The room was the Premier Room Valley and the room was very spacious, complete and nice. The breakfast at this hotel is also the best, I like everything about this hotel, although the distance from the hotel to Sapa Station must be taken about 15 minutes on foot but it doesn't matter because there are many shopping places, places to eat that can be visited and enjoyed. If I have the opportunity to return to Sapa, I will return to stay there.

Staff not friendly,, my Kids add extra charge 800,000Vd, when i said not to eat the breakfast because we will check out in the morning 5am. They not want to refund my kid extra charge for breakfast

The hotel staff is very friendly, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the tea provided in the room is quite classy: Ahmad Tea. There are bathrobes, flip-flops and the soap smells like spices. The temperature in the room is set at a minimum of 25 ° C, so it is quite hot for us who come from an area with a temperature of 21 ° C at night. We were forced to open the sliding door of the balcony so that the outside air with a temperature of 8 ° C could enter and lower the room temperature. If there is a chance to go to Sa Pa again, I will definitely stay here again.

It's a bit far to go anywhere so you have to take a taxi or buddy car to the city. The receptionist is friendly but the hotel rules are too strict, especially if you bring children.

Just spent 3 days here, every accommodation is convenient and pretty close to the center, every room has a valley view but due to the cold season and fog the whole day, it will be hard to see the valley but still would recommend staying here

It was a great stay! I enjoyed myself thoroughly and even though we checked in like in the wee hours of the morning, the staff was all ready to greet us. We had a seamless check in experience and I love the room. It was spacious and clean! I love that it was so close to the city centre as well!

1. Very noisy; At noon it 's the construction nearby, at night it 's the singing from some restaurants or villa, super noisy that theres no tranquility and the nice view doesn't mean a thing. 2. The location was a bit far from city center compared to other hotels and you'll have to hike a bit. 3. The breakfast was just OK, the only good one was the pho. 4. I ordered omelette and when they were serving to me, the hot oil splashed a bit on me but the guy didn't even say sorry. 5. However I'd say the view is good, room is clean and staffs are mostly friendly. But all in all, won't recommend this hotel at all.
