I really like the hotel swimming pool, the hotel is near the airport which is also very convenient for my husband and I to travel. Thank you Ni GRO for enthusiastically supporting us and the staff here are very good. Will visit the hotel next time

Soundproofing is not very good, shampoo and shower gel need to be upgraded a bit. Staff is attentive and professional, food is delicious, can see the city from above. A great experience

The hotel is quite comfortable, the room is small but the view is nice, the swimming pool is very cool, the breakfast is okay, there is a little problem with the hallway lights being a bit dim so it is not bright and the hotel's cleaning needs to be taken care of more carefully. Worth experiencing and coming back.

I had high expectations for this property based on videos we had seen, however felt like it did not live up to them. The hotel room was nice, the bed very comfortable and the staff friendly. The letdown was the buffets. We had the seafood buffet one night, the dim sum buffet one night and breakfast buffet each morning. While there was a variety of different foods at each of these, the quality was not great. The lobster was overcooked and dry which was disappointing and most other foods didn't have a lot of flavor and a lot of items were cold even when they had just been bought out as 'fresh'. For the price you're paying, I would have expected more

This was a beautiful hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating. The food was excellent. The roof top pool and bar was outstanding. We loved it so much we extended our stay another 4 days just for this. Everyone says that District 1 is the only place to stay. The La Vela is in District 3 and it’s worth making the change to District 3 just for this stay as you can always get a cheap taxi to District 1 if you want. It’s a great place to stay.

Stay here simply for the rooftop pool which is incredible. The vibe is a bit more younger and party like, especially with the casino in the building, and it was a bit noisy simply because of the volume of people transiting through the hotel at all hours. I wouldn’t stay here if you wanted relaxation. The choice of restaurants and dining onsite was really good. The quality of the steak restaurant surprised us and was good value. Location is good for proximity to airport as well as downtown sights and culture. You can see the hotel and rooms are starting to look a bit tired, but if you can look past that and you want a fun hotel then this will tick a lot of boxes.

The staff is wonderful and the room and property itself is clean. We got the Luxury Deluxe Corner room with was very spacious and had two balconies. Only downside to this property is the walls a thin and you could hear lobby noise, the room next to us and even being in the 22nd floor you could hear the street noise and the music from the bar across the street at night.
