General Check-in Instructions
1. Guests must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by family members (above 18 years old) to check-in. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photo identification (Passport and/or Identification Card) upon check-in. 2. Payment for the full stay is required upon arrival and/or upon stay extension. 3. Guests may use their room for a period agreed previously with the Hotel. If no period has previously been agreed, guests will be obliged to vacate their room and check out on or before 12 PM on the last day of their stay. 4. Maximum occupancy per room: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 childs: - Maximum guests for 1 room that using the existing bed are 2 adults and 1 child (under 10 years old). - The third guest (above 10 years old) or the second child required to have an extra bed for an extra fee of 200.000đ. Room occupancy requirements are based on fire code/fire safety restrictions. If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be asked to rent another guestroom for proper accommodations or vacate the hotel. 5. Free amenities are only applied to staying in guests. 6. Room keycards are issued to the registered guest(s) only. The quantity of keycards issued per room equal to the quantity of registered guests. No room keycards will be issued to youth under 18 at any time

Pros:
Rooms are clean, modern and quiet. Location is close to the airport, convenient for travel. Staff are friendly and enthusiastic.
Cons:
Beds are a bit hard and soundproofing is not good. Room has small windows that do not let in enough light from outside.

Convenient for transit. Close to airport (<100k dong via grab - one way). Breakfast is good. Coffee is good. Everyone is very nice. Not much food around if arriving late at night though.

Mình có kì lưu trú 3 ngày 2 đêm tại đây, hoàn toàn hài lòng. Mọi thứ đều sạch đẹp, dịch vụ rất tốt, các bạn nhân viên vô cùng thân thiện. Phòng hơi nhỏ nhưng cũng tiện nghi. Có hầm giữ xe máy và ô tô, nhưng một ngày chỉ tối đa 6 ô tô, bạn nào đi ô tô nên check trước với khách sạn. Hẻm rộng xe thoải mái. Ngoài dịch vụ phòng thì có nhiều dịch vụ kèm theo: welcome drink tại khu cafe, buffet sáng và trưa, đồ ăn ngon mà giá cũng rẻ, nước uống miễn phí tại phòng 2 chai/ngày. Một chuyến đi thật sự thoải mái với cả 2 vợ chồng mình nhờ có Lanura.

In addition, we always have periodic insect sprays to ensure that you are not disturbed by insects in the tropical weather in Ho Chi Minh City.
Regarding this incident, please give us more detailed information (when was the cockroach present in the room, the current status of the cockroach when you saw it...) so that we can have a solution. Thoroughly manage and improve room quality in the future.

Sạch sẽ, ấm cúng, dễ chịu. Phục vụ chuyên nghiệp. Có cả quán cafe và buffet sáng cuối tuần ở tầng trệt. Phòng hơi bé nhưng mọi thứ đều tươm tất và mới. Rất ưng ý 👍

Overall is not bad. It just feels quite strange and staffs are quite distant especially receptionist. Room is small but good enough. One of security guard is friendly and nice.

I left my wallet there when I tried to find it, the hotel said it didn't have it 🥲 If I called, I couldn't hear it, but when I called another number, I couldn't hear it.
