The room is clean, has a TV, refrigerator, large wardrobe, large, soft bed. The viewing room looks like that, but it's larger on the outside. The neighbors in that area are not too noisy. Small, cozy hotel. The room is similar to the picture but a bit older. The room is clean, fully equipped, only the wedges and pillows are a bit dusty. The receptionist was cheerful and enthusiastic, the housekeeper was meticulous and friendly.

I had a great and super stable experience here. The only downside is that there is no elevator and I have to carry my suitcase up to the 2nd floor, which is quite tiring :>>> In addition, at Leblanc, I give it a 10 for its convenient location, food and quiet atmosphere. I study in a room without any noise from outside. The owner and the lady there are very cheerful, especially Leblanc has free mineral water which is rare in other places. There is also an iron + ironing board available, which I really like. The room is super clean and airy. I like that there are windows here, day or night, it feels very peaceful. Oh, the lady selling vermicelli soup in the morning there is quite delicious If I have the chance, I will stay here many more times. Thank you Leblanc for giving me the experience when I am here. And it is very quiet so I can study better

Location 5, cleanliness 5, comfort 5, service: 2.5 (despite I was (68 year old) struggling to lift up my heavy luggage to the second floor (no lift in this building) a young man just sitting there and watched- no help given)

Because the air conditioner water leak occurred during the night and the hotel's technical staff had an emergency and could not be present that night, so they were unable to resolve this problem. Phòng tiện ốc đầy đủ, điều hoà làm mát chậm, cô chủ và nhân viên nhiệt tình, ban đầu đi khá khó tìm đường nhưng các bạn hỏi dân ở đó sẽ biết khách sạn này và chỉ cho, ra đầu hẻm là gặp chợ và mart nên mua đồ ăn khá dể, mình sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp trở lại Sài Gòn

Khách sạn trên app khi book thì để số 414 Nguyễn Đình Chiểu nhưng tới nơi thì chỉ có 412-416 và 414 là NẰM TRONG HẺM mà không hề có / nhưng phải đi vào TRONG HẺM nhỏ, xe ô tô không chạy được vào nhưng trên app KO BÁO TRƯỚC với khách hàng đến khi gọi cho lễ tân thì mới báo. Nhưng đổi lại các bạn nhân viên tạm nhiệt tình. Phải trả tiền phòng trước nhưng không ở được nên mình không hài lòng ở việc khách sạn KO GHI RÕ ĐỊA CHỈ CŨ THỂ VÀ CHI TIẾT LÀ NẰM TRONG HẺM. Khúc cuối lúc mình đi mặc dù ĐÃ TRẢ TIỀN TRÊN APP RỒI, nhưng bạn nhân viên vẫn kèm 1 câu khiến mình rất khó chịu là "Giá này thì trong hẻm là đúng rồi làm gì có ngoài mặt tiền". Sau đó mình lên gg search lại vẫn tìm được khách sạn giá same same và nằm ngay mặt tiền Võ Văn Tần. Nên khuyên các bạn trước khi book khách sạn này hãy tìm hiểu kỹ 1 chút ạ.

In addition, LeBlanc Saigon would like to share more information with her as follows: - The hotel expects you to double check the booking confirmation from Traveloka on which it is clearly stated that the address is 414 (behind) Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Ward 4, District 3 -> The word Behind for the purpose of explaining clearly means 414 Behind the back . This is also the exact address of the hotel on the business license issued by the state agency in accordance with regulations, so LeBlanc Saigon cannot write a different address with the business license as a violation of the law. In addition, the address recording on all apps has a general rule, so the hotel cannot write more verbose as she wishes. At the same time, the hotel is located in an alley but only 10 meters from the road surface on the LeBlanc Saigon side. We hope to understand and sympathize with this inconvenience.
