The hotel is ok for the price, the staff is friendly but my room is next to the road so it's a bit noisy at night.

Beautiful location right in the center. Many big restaurants around. The room is a bit old. But the staff is enthusiastic. Overall ok for this price.

Delicious food, friendly and enthusiastic staff, beautiful swimming pool! Two minus points are that the beach is too deep to swim in and the toilet above connects two rooms which is very inconvenient. In addition, the air conditioner's hot water heater is located here so it's very hot.

Nice room, airy space. But if you like to be near the sea, book a sea view room. Garden view will have to cross the road.

The space is very beautiful. It is both nostalgic and modern. The resort staff are very enthusiastic. I went in September so there was no beach to swim. Swimming in the pool was also okay. The room was clean and tidy. Very satisfied.

I booked a room for 2 nights on Trevol. The room is non-refundable and I paid in advance. But due to a change in plans, I only stayed for 1 night. I called the hotel and asked to stay for 1 night. The hotel was very happy to support and the food was delicious. Next time I go to Phan Thiet, I will come back ❤️❤️

The room is a bit dark, lacking light, a bit scary at night. The rest are all good for the price range. Friendly, attentive and cheerful staff. The staff really works attentively, smiles brightly and always nods and greets extremely friendly. There are motorbikes for rent right at the resort, you can negotiate the rental price down for a better price. Good location, shuttle bus picks you up right at the resort. Go to the center of Phan Thiet about 20 minutes, passing by many beautiful beaches. Near many restaurants and cafes with sea view, most of them are reasonably priced. The room is a bit dark, with an ancient, aristocratic design. Cable TV, a bit old but not used. The bathroom is outdoor but private, and a bit dark so bathing at night is a bit scary. The breakfast is very delicious - my opinion, diverse, many dishes, drinks are served, and changes every day. This point was really surprising because I didn't expect much from a breakfast with a price of 1 million per night, but it exceeded my expectations, plus the food came with a wonderful, cool sea view. There are 2 swimming pools: one garden view pool, one ocean infinity pool. Taking photos will be super beautiful, every lake is clean and chill. During the week, there are early hours or playtimes when there are few people swimming so it is very comfortable and quiet. The resort seems to be always crowded but the space is still quiet and cool. Most of the guests are foreigners, families with children, and few couples.

I clearly wrote down the booking for 1 room for 2 adults and 1 room for 11 years old. Traveloka sends a quote including breakfast. I finished paying. When checking in, the hotel requires an additional breakfast fee for children. The money is not worth it but I don't see it clearly. When I sent letters and messages to Traveloka, I still got no answer. I feel that Traveloka's work is not clear.

My trip includes children. The kids really liked the swimming pool area. +Friendly staff. Even though I arrived early around 12 o'clock, the staff still supported early check-in. +Breakfast buffet with delicious drinks, other dishes are normal. +Location right at the dining area, cafe, bar... +Cool garden, reasonable price. -The room still has sand on the sheets and floor, seems to be cleaned poorly. (There is staff to help clean it up) -The bathroom does not have a door to prevent outside air, the water is weak. I hope the resort will pay more attention to cleaning the rooms. Will come back when I have a chance.

The air conditioner is not cold, the breakfast is very boring and nothing special, the service staff is dedicated and attentive, the room I booked has a sea view but when I booked the room I only saw a garden and not a sea view.

Everything is ok compared to the price, only the shower water is weak, the open bathroom is not safe! The bedroom has mosquitoes
