The room was spacious with amazing panorama view. It's still very new and clean. Mai House is always my choice for a staycation, everything is excellent, the staffs, high tea etc. The lounge, the room are very elegant 😍 I will definitely be back 🥰

Transit here for one night and the location is relatively near the airport with about 20mins car ride.

Everything went very smoothly until when I checked out and took the car out of the tunnel, the security guard didn't come out to ask me for my card but just stood and snapped his fingers to signal me, not knowing it was because I was wearing normal clothes. and riding a motorbike should be treated with such disrespect or something like that. When I asked again, she said it was because she thought I was an employee. But I personally think that in a professional working environment like Mai House, whether colleagues, guests or any position needs to be respected equally. I hope you will make a change, not because of a small individual action but lose the big image of your business. Love!

Is this employee new to the internship? Attitude is sometimes a bit confusing. Thanks to taking things up to protect her because she was in the middle of work, the staff told her to come down and pick them up because her side was crowded and couldn't come up for her.

The hotel requires a deposit of 2 million/night/room and only accepts debit cards/cash. Our group did not use a debit card, so it was very convenient to withdraw 16 million cash. The hotel does not support deposit by other forms: ATM card, transfer, visa card. Your first experience really makes customers uncomfortable
