Khách sạn sạch sẽ, dịch vụ tốt, nhân viên thân thiện. Điểm trừ duy nhất là khi mình check in tối ngày 27/04, có một nhân viên lễ tân nam đã giới thiệu mình ăn ở quán Thanh Sương 100 Trần Phú chặt chém khách. Đề nghị BQL khách sạn kiểm điểm lại nhân viên. Mình ở phòng 1210 từ đêm 27/04 đến rạng sáng 01/5

Trần nhà dột, phòng tắm không có mũ chụp tóc, phòng ngủ không có hộp giấy khô. Trần nhà nhỏ nước liên tục vẫn bố trí cho khách ở. Chất lượng phòng không xứng với tiêu chuẩn 4*

Khách sạn rất tốt, phòng rộng rãi, nhà vệ sinh sạch đẹp, hệ thống máy lạnh trung tâm chạy êm không tiếng động, nhân viên phục vụ rất nhanh mặc dù khách sạn đang chật kín khách. Bữa ăn sáng không xuất sắc nhưng vẫn ngon hơn so với giá tiền phải trả, chỉ một việc bất tiện là không có chổ đậu ô tô phải gởi xe ngoài bãi công cộng và phải tự tìm chổ.

Thang máy nhỏ, đợi thang máy rất lâu, không có bãi đỗ xe hơi tại khách sạn mà phải đỗ rất xa và phí rất cao, 150k/đêm. Khách sạn ghi 4* nhưng trong phòng lại không có khăn giấy

Khá ổn, vì đi đúng lúc hồ bơi bảo trì nên chưa được trải nghiệm. Nếu có dịp quay lại Nha Trang thì hi vọng sẽ được trải nghiệm đầy đủ dịch vụ hơn ở đây.
