I had a pretty good experience at the hotel, beautiful sea view, clean and comfortable room, the only thing is that the shower water flow is weak and not strong.

Very bad experience for the front staff and the house keeping. They ask for the small towel gone in the room, but I didn't take it. Then when check out have to pay drinking bottle that I didn't drink. I refuse to pay.

My house has 4 rooms, but everyone probably goes to each other's rooms so the towels from one room are transferred to the other room. The check out staff does not report the excess towels in the other room but only reports the lack of towels in this room, then blames them. The rest of the customers 😅 and the staff are all happy and enthusiastic

We have 2 days stay at the hotel. During our stay, we accidentally dropped the towel lying next to the trash can, but because we were in a hurry to check out and move to another room category, we didn't pick it up. When we returned from our trip, we received an unpleasant attitude from a receptionist who told us to put the towel in the trash (while I only dropped it on the side, not inside at all). 4-star service, however. The receptionist's behavior was very harsh and insisted on blaming us for putting it in the trash even though we tried to explain. That made us very uncomfortable during our stay here. We hope that the hotel should consider the communication standards of the receptionist when talking to guests. We pay for 4-star treatment, not communication like a budget motel. Thank you
