Small, cramped room. In the morning, I was in a hurry to go on a tour so I went down to the buffet counter to get some sandwiches to take away, but the staff refused to let me bring them out and made me return them. Maybe I'm afraid I'll steal something. Been here twice already but this time I was disappointed.

The road to the hotel is too small for a 16-seat car to enter, the service staff is too bad for guests to carry their own luggage to the room without anyone to help.

The hotel is old, there is no staff to welcome and carry luggage, in the small street, 16-seat cars cannot enter, so you have to walk in.

1. The hotel room is not true to reality, booked a room with a view, has breakfast but does not have it. 2. The reception was slow, not enthusiastic, asked to borrow a phone charger but did not lend it 3. The elevator was full of garbage, very bad because the cleaning car was dirty moving with the elevator with the customer 4. no There is a regular front desk. The apartment is cool, clean, fully equipped, and the furniture in the new apartment. The parking lot is tight and difficult to get in and out of the hotel. It's difficult for cars to get in and out of the hotel

This is my 3rd time staying here, this time was really a bad experience, partly because of covid the room was not very clean, before that the hotel was full the day before, so I had to check in late. Service The hotel is too degraded, the rooms have a musty smell even though someone has lived there before, the house drainage is slow due to stuffiness, the hotel has a car park but with YC is a family room reservation, I booked 2 rooms in which 1 family room of 4 people is still required to bring the car to the parking lot more than 1km away to park, and incur an additional parking fee while this part should be borne by the hotel, the security guard who keeps the car has a good attitude as well. not good, not willing to advise customers, in general will not come back again

Nhân viên: Rất thân thiện , hỗ trợ khách và rất tử tế. Staff: Friendly, useful and kind. Phòng ốc, trang thiết bị: các phòng bên trong khá cũ, các thiết bị như lọ chứa sữa tắm... đã rỉ sét nên khi lấy sữa tắm dung dịch sẽ lẫn với sét đã rỉ ở miệng vòi, hồ bơi dơ, thanh máy chỉ hoạt động 2 cái trong khi có 26 tầng vừa căn hộ vừa khách sạn nên chờ thang máy khá lâu, nhà tắm thoát nước kém, hơi hôi mùi cống, vòi sen hư nên tia bắn loạn xạ, wifi yếu. Làm phòng sạch. Căn hộ view biển to, view đẹp. Vị trí tốt, giá ổn.
