I have 2 nights experience at vinpearl Thanh Hoa. The first time I tried it, I was quite surprised about the quality here, the rooms are spacious, clean, full of amenities, and cozy. Takecare staff is very enthusiastic. Eat a variety of delicious food. With the price of money hunted on the app with great quality. suggest that vinpearl should open more hotel models in more provinces so that they can experience 5-star quality at good prices.

Everything is very good (Location, room service, the food, service staff, and the swimming pool) except for the TV. It is set to turn on automatically when the electric power of the room is on. The power cut happened twice at night during my stay so the TV was turned on. It was disturbing.

I booked your family room when I arrived, the staff did not invite water! Going to the check-in counter to give the check-in information, the staff collects more money even though the room has been paid in full! In addition, the staff did not introduce any more services in the building or even in the package that I had breakfast, the staff did not announce which floor and what time to eat breakfast! Feeling very uncomfortable! If it's a 5-star hotel, you should pay more attention to staff training!
