It was great experience to staying at this hotel. Room 301 was awesome!

Strategic location, friendly staff and clean hotel.

The room is clean, the staff is enthusiastic, the electricity and water are both very strong so the voltage is very stable. The location is right on the dining street so it is suitable for food enthusiasts. If I have a chance to go to Hanoi, I will stop by again

Strategic location near Hanoi Train Street where you can find many restaurants around there. The building is new with clean and large room, well equipted. Unfortunately there is no light in the room corridor at the night. I have booked a room with balcony but the staff said it was broken so I got a room change with a good compensation. Thankyou, we enjoyed our stay here!

Good location. Many restaurants and cafes in front of Hotel. Near to Hanoi Train Street. Ling and receiptionist guy staff were very nice and helpful. We had a great time staying here. Xin Chao.

Close to train cafe. Close to night market old quarter. Gampang pokoknya. Thankyou memory legends hotel. Service OK. Helpfully.

First, we are booking this hotel. Then we went out of town for 2 days come back and want to stay with this hotel for 1 night. However when we are on the way the receptionist sent us a messages that hotel had a problem so they sent us to another hotel and said this is new hotel better than we booked that time we got to that places around 9:30 pm. When we saw the location and hotel that they moved us oh my God! Horrible situation and nightmare please take a look pictures enclosed. So bad experience for us and how can I get the refund back. The receptionist told us they will cancel the booking for us and we can get the refund back. So far we do not get anything at all. I will not recommend this to anyone. Thank god that we are still alive.

1. ห้องพักถูกเปลี่ยนทั้งที่เลือกแบบมีระเบียงมา และโรงแรมอีเมล์มาแจ้งตอนบ่าย2แล้วว่าห้องพร้อมให้เช็คอิน แต่พอมาถึงเปลี่ยนให้ไปห้องอื่นแจ้งแค่ว่าห้องมีปัญหา เราได้นอนห้องชั้น4มีหน้าต่างที่มองไม่เห็นวิวอะไรเลยแถมดูอึดอัดด้วย 2. ทีวีที่ห้องมีปัญหา ทางพนักงานไม่สามารถแก้ไขอะไรได้ สุดท้ายถ้าเราไม่ลองหาวิธีก็คือไม่ได้ดูทีวี 3. พนักงานพยายามตื๊อให้กด5ดาวให้ทางโรงแรม ทั้งทางแอปtraveloga และทาง Google Map ซึ่งพอเราแจ้งว่าเรารู้วิธี เค้าพยายามให้เรากดvote ตอนนั้นเลย 4. ห้องพัก แอร์ไม่เย็นเลยและเสียงแอร์ดังมาก พอๆกับเสียงคนจากร้านอาหารรอบๆโรงแรม ถ้าเป็นคนไม่ชอบเสียงดังไม่แนะนำ เพราะเราอยู่ชั้น4 เสียงคนที่ดื่มกินจากร้านอาหารข้างล่างชัดมาก ยาวจนถึงตีสองถึงจะเงียบสนิท 5. ห้องเก่า กว่าในรูป ข้อดีของที่นี่คือ อยู่ใกล้แหล่งร้านค้าและของกิน

โรงแรมสะอาดมาก พนักงานเป็นมิตรมาก แนะนำ ใครอยากได้ที่พักใกล้แหล่งของกิน คาเฟ่ ลงมามีมินิมาท ที่นี้เลย 10/10

Clean, friendly, 10-star hotel

This hotel is suitable for vacation or business trip. With a central location it is very interesting to walk out the door of the hotel is the dining street. The room is small but clean, the service attitude is good, breakfast is few but delicious.

Our stay was awesome. Great staff, comfortable place, perfect location and sumptuous Breakfast.

First of all, we asked the hotel to allow us to check-in early. They agreed but we had to pay 12 USD for it. I called the hotel upon arriving at Noi Bai and was happy to hear that we can indeed check-in early. For me, 12 USD is a small price to pay for the comfort that we craved at that time. Our room is on the fourth floor but thankfully, there's an elevator. The room was clean and it smells good. It's nice that we can open the blinds anytime we want to or close them for privacy. The lighting is good. We have everything we need in the room -- a closet, a cable TV, a mini ref, a safe, a private bathroom with toiletries, a fresh set of towels and even slippers. Even the instructions carefully placed on important parts of the room were printed in English. They also have a decent wifi connection (it acts up at times) and the passwords are strategically placed in the room and the dining area. The free breakfast is amazing. There's a buffet of breakfast staples one can enjoy -- bread, jam, cold cuts, bacon, fruits (water melon and banana), coffee, tea and fruit juices. Apart from that, you get to choose one more from their menu, which has an English translation of the food. It is close to shops and restaurants. If you can read maps, you can walk to any destination you want to go in Hoan Kiem. But since we are not familiar with the place, we opted for Grab to go to Hoan Kiem Lake and walked to different attractions until we reached the hotel. John, one of the hotel staff, is amazing. He is quick, friendly and very polite. He always greets us and talks to us whenever he sees us. He speaks good English and he is quick to help even though it's not part of his job anymore. I highly recommend this hotel to those who are travelling on a limited budget.With very cheap accommodations like dormitory type ones, you get what you pay for. But if you'd like to have privacy, good food and amazing service at a budget-friendly price, then Hotel Lele and Frog is the best choice for you.
