The room was great! Clean and had all the amenities we needed, worth it for its very affordable price. Staff was also very helpful, polite and can speak English very well, not to mention it had a great location as it was located at the backpackers area where there are a lot of restaurants, travel agencies, money changers and shops nearby. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel is located right at Bui Vien, the hotel smells bad, is very dirty, there is trash under the bed, I couldn't stay for 10 minutes and had to check out immediately. Too bad.

I must say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The address on the website is not clear, so when I checked in, it was right on Bui Vien street. The music was incredibly loud because there was no soundproofing. The air conditioner was almost non-existent. Because the air conditioner was so old, the noise from the air conditioner was even worse than the noise from the street outside. The 2-day experience here was like torture. I stayed up for 2 days without sleeping.

The room was extremely small and looked nothing like the photos. The staff were also incredibly rude.
We checked in around 7 PM and immediately noticed that the room’s light was broken, making it quite dark. When we asked the staff for assistance, they showed no willingness to help at all. To make things worse, we later found that the bedsheet was stained with ***, and when we requested a replacement, the male staff again refused to assist.
Frustrated and disappointed, we checked out after just one night. No matter what kind of help you ask for, the staff refuse to assist. There is absolutely nothing good about this place—it’s not even a hotel, more like a rundown motel. Avoid at all costs!

In the afternoon from 5pm onwards until late at night around 2-3am, the music on the street outside is loud, very noisy, not suitable for families with small children to sleep early and rest.

Horrible!!! This is a hotel that I will never want to return to. The room is old, dirty, damp and smells like cigarettes. The bathroom is dirty and moldy, I don't want to take a shower. I already booked it so I tried to sleep for 1 night but the mattress was extremely dirty and had hair left on it which was very itchy, there were also mosquitoes in the room. I booked for 2 nights but couldn't stand it and left the next day. I'm very easy going and never like to complain but this hotel is really horrible :(((

I stayed here for 2 days but the hotel did not change the bed sheets and towels. The sanitary equipment was broken and was worried about being repaired. The electrical outlet was placed on the bedside, very dangerous.

Everyone should be careful when booking a room. The staff used the excuse that the air conditioner was broken and then took us to a motel about 500m away in an alley. The motel was cramped, damp, and the hot and cold water was broken. In general, the word "very bad" is appropriate.

The hotel is also a restaurant so there is no parking space, guests have to find their own parking space (very inconvenient). The hotel is located on Bui Vien street, very noisy late at night until early morning.

Advantages: - I chose to stay right in the bustling part of Bui Vien, so when I slept, I could still hear a slight echo. When I was tired, I could sleep well and it didn't affect me. - The room has a kettle, air conditioner, TV, refrigerator and wardrobe. - The private bathroom is clean, with all the necessary toiletries, hot and cold water and a hair dryer inside. - The cost of drinks and food is within a reasonable price range in the center of District 1. Disadvantages: - The hotel doesn't have a parking space, although the hotel supports other parking spaces, it's still not convenient to take it out to move and have to walk about 5 minutes. If you like the hustle and bustle and don't need to use your car to move around a lot, you can park your car at the location arranged by the hotel or at the parking lot on Tran Hung Dao.

We stayed for 2 nights, a room with 2 double beds and 1 single bed. According to the price, … located right in the city center. The receptionist is friendly. With the hotel's position on Buivien Street, so we can see the crowds and night activities from the hotel balcony.
