Clean and the room size is big for 3 persons. I reach the hotel just by walk from the airport. The girl staff have a good english. Complete amenities. A lot of mini mart, coffee shop also food court. Just prepare the Google Translate while ordering yours. I can't give star for the food cause I don't order for breakfast in my reservation.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 days and here is my wife and I's experience. Advantages: - Location: near the airport, along the road there are many restaurants, ministops, 2-3 blocks away there is a Kodomo Japanese food shop that is quite good. - Room: same as picture, air conditioner, mini fridge, hooks, shower gel, shampoo. Clean - Enthusiastic support staff Disadvantages: - The location on the map only goes to the back of the hotel (in the alley and not the main door) have to go around a distance to the main road opposite the police headquarters to get to the hotel. - The elevator is very smelly, the smell like garbage left for a long time lingers in the elevator (every time I use it I have to hold my nose). - The room is similar to the picture but in reality it feels quite small, the air conditioner works well but gives off a very bad smell, making me extremely uncomfortable. Especially the spring mattress (old) makes my back hurt terribly like lying on iron bars underneath. (If possible, the hotel should change the mattress to a softer one, because the room price and quality are not really worth it. It's better to have a slightly higher price but a mattress that allows you to sleep better.) I have a flight so I booked this hotel for convenience, but I'm already sore and tired before I even get off. If the hotel changes the mattress, this is a hotel worth experiencing.

The room was terrible because the door could not be opened. The bathroom had no lock and was open from top to bottom in the middle of a see-through glass door. The staff refused to let me check in because they said their hotel room was not qualified to accommodate me. But playing vloka did not support me to check out so I lost money but could not stay. A room was terrible because the equipment was not guaranteed to receive guests and yet it was posted on traveloka. As for criticizing bloca, they only knew how to take money without handling the situation. From now on, I will never stay in that Me Linh hotel room again. She also never paid through Travelloka to avoid the situation of losing money but not being able to stay in the room or if she had to stay reluctantly, the quality was not guaranteed and she was irresponsible and did not respond promptly to pay the room fee to the customer.

I was quite hesitant to book a room here due to the negative reviews from you, but after experiencing it, I found the hotel not so bad. The parking lot is quite small, the room is just right for living, the blankets and pillows are clean and fragrant, but the air conditioner is from the Song Dynasty so it's fine if it's there or not, the elevator isn't deodorized so it has a very unpleasant smell. The receptionist's attitude was normal, neither very happy nor frowning. In general, it was okay when I booked on Traveloka for less than 350k for 1 night.
