The price is too cheap compared to the quality, the elevator is slow even if I go on weekdays but it doesn't affect me because I chose to stay on the lower floor so it's too slow so I take the stairs. My room is air-conditioned and doesn't have much sun, so it's always cool. Free swimming pool and gym are great. There's a parking fee, but it's still much cheaper than a hotel because if you go to a hotel, 4 people get 2 rooms. Good service, if you need anything, just call to ask for quick check in and check out

Very satisfying experience. Room in a luxury apartment, fully equipped. Support for better room upgrades. Extremely convenient location for moving and traveling to Vung Tau. The price is extremely cheap and convenient like a 5-star hotel. There is a swimming pool in the building and a free sauna. There is guaranteed breakfast, coffee and parking services. If I have the opportunity to return to Vung Tau, I will definitely return to The Song and Milan homestay.

Except for the elevator waiting a bit long, everything was fine. I went on Friday, Milan was very enthusiastic in supporting me with early check-in (the issue of early check-in and late check-out incurs an additional fee, the staff informed me in advance, it's up to everyone to choose). The room when I received it was clean, no problems, just the sofa was a bit smelly.

Not planning to go to Vung Tau but booked a room at a very good price, 240k 1 day 1 night through the app, also the first time coming to The Song, the staff supported everything quickly and enthusiastically, very assured about this. The room is quite airy, fully equipped. I am a bit sensitive to noise before going to sleep but the room's soundproofing is a bit poor, it keeps rustling and is extremely uncomfortable, in return the mattress is soft and spacious hihi The space here is spacious and airy. The view looks out to the building under construction, often pull the curtains so this part is not very important I heard reviews about the elevator being stuck for a long time,.. but I went during the week, luckily I didn't have to wait for anything. There is a 50m swimming pool, swimming is great, I swam around 8am but didn't apply sunscreen, I got black when I got home 😂 remember to apply sunscreen. There is a gym and yoga room, a sauna for long-term guests and new residents. I like saunas but hearing this rule makes me a little sad. Under the apartment building there is GS25 and a few shops, not too many choices of local food for breakfast but if you are not picky about food, it is okay. Coincidentally, around this time 4 years ago, the first trip with "him" at that time was just a lover. Now returning to VT is still with "him", "he" is now my beloved husband. A simple, fun, happy trip 🥰

I checked in at 12 noon earlier than scheduled so I had to pay an additional fee of 100k The room was quite good, fully equipped with washing machine and refrigerator, but the kitchen where I went had a pile of unprocessed rocks, and the bathroom door had 2 or 3 clumps of fake eyelashes stuck to it If you check in early, you probably haven't cleaned it yet so there are still some places that aren't clean and tidy

It could be possibly better. The room was not properly cleaned. There was a strong musty smell throughout. I have stayed in many units at The Sóng, but I would say this might be the dirtiest apartment I’ve ever stayed in. The toilet seat was broken, and the floor felt greasy as if it hadn’t been properly mopped—perhaps just quickly wiped over once. The bed sheets were still hanging on the balcony to dry. The refrigerator had a bad odor. It seems that due to managing too many units, the cleaning might have been done hastily. The bed sheets did not appear to have been changed. Based on my two years of experience in the hospitality industry, I personally believe the sheets were not replaced—only lightly dusted off for reuse.

✅ Check-in at 10:30 pm, enthusiastic support staff. ✅ Spacious room, reasonable price. ❌ Room cleaning is not good, although I checked in late, it was very dirty, when I checked in, the smell of seafood was very strong, the floor was very uncomfortable (probably the previous guests ate in the room) because it was late, I was tired and did not ask to change, just sprayed to reduce the smell somewhat, disappointed in the room cleaning. Otherwise, it was ok. I hope the home will take note.

Near Lotte + beach, very convenient for families with small children. If anyone has a child and wants to live on a lower floor for convenience, just let the home team know and they will support enthusiastically. I have stayed there 3 times and will come back if I go again 😀

The drain in the toilet drains slowly, the smell of the drain is very, very bad (I have stayed at The Song 3 times but for me this is the scariest experience ever) The receptionist responds to messages quickly, promptly supports guests' problems. But there is a male receptionist with a very unpleasant attitude 2-bedroom apartment, fully furnished, reasonable price, clean. Room on the 6th floor so it is convenient to move around The kitchen is quite well-equipped, the induction cooker sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, the pot is dirty, there are no spices so you have to buy them yourself There is a washing machine but no washing powder.

The TV screen is distorted and very uncomfortable to watch, so fix it or buy a new one. The room is clean and fragrant. You should use stainless steel chopsticks instead of bamboo chopsticks. The previous guests used it to cook seafood, it was so fishy that they couldn't stand it. The mattress is soft and sleeps well. There should be an ironing service or ironing board rental. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. I hope the home will improve.
