MK Premier Boutique Hotel

The room is clean & staff are courteous, helpful and friendly especially the porter named Duong who picked me up and escorted me to the hotel during the street closure over the weekend market. Perfect location with walking distance to the night market and lots of good local & international restaurants including street vendors.

Khá hài lòng 1. Vị trí ngay phố cổ nên đi lại rất thuận tiện và đi dạo ra bờ cũng nhanh. xung quanh khu vực đầy đủ Café, đồ ăn vỉa hè, và có 1 hàng nước ép ngay phố Hàng Cân, từ chè bốn mùa đi xuống tầm 100m, bên tay trái, nước ép rất ngon và nguyên chất. Cho các bạn muốn bổ sung vitamin. 2. Thiết kế khá thẩm mỹ, đúng với cái tên Boutique. Ấn tượng khi bước vào sảnh khách sạn là mùi trầm rất dễ chịu và tranh sơn mài. Màu đèn vàng ở lobby rất vừa vặn, ấm cúng. Phòng ốc cực kỳ sạch sẽ và khăn, drap trải giường thơm tho khô ráo dù đang mùa đông. Mình đi nhiều nơi ở nhiều khách sạn tầm này, nhưng ít thấy khách sạn tầm trung nào drap giường và khăn lông thơm tho sạch sẽ như thế này. Nhạc mở ở hành lang cũng khiến không gian ấm cúng và vui tươi. Nói chung là chill khi ở đây 3. Có diện tích rộng cho ban công nên rất thoáng - đây là điểm mình rất thích. Làm cho phòng không bị ngộp như những khách sạn khác. Mình thì thích toilét nhỏ hơn để phòng ngủ được rộng hơn. vì phòng nhỏ, nên Cái Tab để góc trái làm chật không gian, và không mở được hết cánh tủ. 4. Nhân viên lịch sự, nhất là có 1 bạn nam mình không nhớ tên, luôn để ý khách ra vào và mở cửa cho khách. Thái độ rất lịch sự 5. Phòng ốc dọn cũng sạch sẽ và được dọn ngăn nắp mỗi ngày. Chỉ có 1 góp ý nhỏ là khi thay rác trong phòng vệ sinh nên thay mới luôn bao ni lông, thay vì chỉ đổ rác ra, giữ bao ni lông cũ. Như vậy sẽ sạch mùi. 1 góp ý nữa là đội dọn vệ sinh nên ấn chuông thay vì gõ cửa phòng (thì sẽ lịch sự hơn, tiếng chuông cũng nhỏ hơn). Và phòng mình gần phòng của đội vệ sinh nên thỉnh thoảng mọi người đóng cửa đánh sầm làm đang ngủ giật mình. Và mọi người dọn vệ sinh nói chuyện hơi ồn. The hotel is clean, the staff is very happy and sociable from the security guard and the staff who are all very nice. The room is spacious and super clean. However, the door is so thin that you can hear if anyone walking by or talking in front of your room. The location of the hotel is amazing. It is in the center of Hoan Kiem and not too far from other tourist attractions.

Very good compared to the price and hotels in the same area

The hotel is in a very convenient location to go anywhere. right near the walking street so weekends are very crowded, many options for eating or drinking. I've been here quite a few times and am extremely satisfied with the staff here, extremely friendly, enthusiastic support and extremely quick to respond. The last time I booked was 2 bookings, then I found out that the check-in date was near, so I had to ask the app to cancel the fee. This policy is clearly stated in the booking and because I did not check, I also determined to lose the cancellation fee. But MK Boutique staff took the initiative to upgrade my room (as far as I know, you are not required to do so because the cancellation fee has been reported from the beginning) from the cheapest room to the most expensive room. My room was upgraded with a balcony, a large bathroom and even a steam room :) 10/10.

Dirty blankets, blood marks. I asked the support staff to change the blanket, but you refused and explained that it was rust. You have not checked in your room, but guessed it was a sign of rust and refused to make me unhappy. Anyway, I'm a guest.

My room in the air conditioner was too cold, could not be adjusted, the temperature outside was too hot, so I was sick when I went in and out.

No belly man to help carry luggage when we were arrived. The room soundproof is really poor, we could hear clearly what people talk outside. The bath towel is really old.

Nhân viên thân thiện. Khách sạn ở vị trí thuận lợi. Tuy nhiên bố trí dàn nóng máy lạnh quá gần với phòng ngủ, khu vực hành lang lại không có máy điều hoà nên chỉ cần ra khỏi phòng là nóng như lò than, rất dễ shock nhiệt. Có thể khách sạn chỉ thiết kế để ở mùa lạnh!
