Bad service from the front desk. Let us wait more than 30 minutes during check-in just to attend locals who just come for check-in and not even queue. Not even sorry.

I recently had a long trip at Muong Thanh Hotel. And I was very disappointed 1- Regarding the management of the check-in process, it was very messy and unorganized, not just me. Many people had to wait. The staff were almost confused, the check-in procedures for the guests were not in order. Sometimes this way and sometimes that 2- Regarding the room, it was extremely bad: - My room type was 2 beds but was assigned to a 1-bed room and right in the storage room containing the air conditioner's hot blocks, which was very noisy. (My wife is pregnant so she can't stand the noise) - I requested to change the room once, and was informed that in the same room type as me, there were only similar rooms?? If you want, you can only update the room type. I also agreed to update the room type and they made an appointment for me to change the room at 4pm. After updating and changing the room, the second room's air conditioner was broken. The maintenance staff was very enthusiastic and came to fix it for me twice but couldn't and told the receptionist to change the room. After about 45 minutes, I didn't see any movement. I went down to ask and the receptionist checked with the maintenance staff??? As a result, at 11:30 pm, my husband and I moved our things to the third room - The drainage system in the third room was not effective, there was always a puddle of water that could not be drained 3- The breakfast buffet, in my personal opinion, was not delicious & did not have a variety of dishes 4- Finally, on the checkout day, the receptionist did not know the date of my car rental. When I went down to ask how the extra fee would be calculated if I rented the car for an additional hour, she checked the records and forced me to withdraw cash to pay before continuing to use it - because she said that the car was used on the day I paid (I was not informed of this information when I rented the car) Also, thank you to the staff that night who was very clever in helping me change rooms & supporting me in returning the car as well as paying the car owner Thank you to the bellman & housekeeping for being so enthusiastic.

Right in the center of Da Nang, near everything. The room was very spacious with a nice city view.

This is my first time to Da Nang and thanks that I chose Muong Thanh Grand. There was some rumor about the quality going down but the fact is totally contrasted. Will visit Muong Thanh Grand again and again. Highly recommend to people for an accommodation in Da Nang.

The hotel may be a bit old, the room floor is torn. The first day of check-in experience was uncomfortable because I was given a smelly room even though I had room perfume. Finally. Replaced with a fresher room. The breakfast variations during the 3-day stay were the same, so I got bored. But overall the hotel is good, strategic location, close to everywhere

The best thing is that the staff is very enthusiastic and supportive, cheerful with guests But the glass of the entire hotel is very dirty, the first time I saw the glass of the building so dirty that it ruined the aesthetics and view of the customers On the 1st, I checked in and the room was not cleaned yet, so I had to wait another 35 minutes to check in at 2:35pm And there was a prepayment of 1 million when checking in, which will be refunded when checking out

The second time I experienced at the Muong Thanh hotel system, I encountered a basic error: I collected an additional fee for 2 people, but when I added pillows, I had to call the staff and they didn't take the initiative to add them. The room didn't have a box for dry toilet paper, the staff left the dry paper outside. Some places where my family stayed at the Muong Thanh hotel did not collect a deposit of 150k/person for children, but the Da Nang system did, and returning it in cash was very time-consuming.

Overall, the hotel is beautiful, the furniture is clean, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. In general, the first time I traveled to Da Nang, I confidently chose Muong Thanh to stay, felt extremely satisfied and loved this place. The experience is worth the price, spacious, convenient, easy to move to places of entertainment, sightseeing, .... suitable for resting and relaxing, not too expensive compared to the places I have been to before in many other provinces.

The night reception is very bad, the attitude towards guests is like a beggar, while the room is expensive.

The hotel has a beautiful location, near Dragon Bridge, Son Tra night market, beautiful view, panoramic view of the city, very clear view of Dragon Bridge. Clean and comfortable room. Worth the experience.
