I booked the cheapest sup room with no view, but it turned out to have a view of the hallway. If the window is not closed, everyone can stare into the room: (honestly, I feel like not looking at it literally is the best: (Besides, the guests are big and beautiful and opposite to the beach).

Stayed for 2 nights but no one cleaned the room, asked to keep the guest's ID card or deposit 1 million. I have stayed in many hotels but have never met a hotel that asked to keep the guest's ID card.

Not a value for money. Staff is very rude. Food quality is pathetic, especially vegetarian options. Breakfast buffet closes before the scheduled time. Basic amenities in the room are also lacking.

The bathroom was too small to fit a bathtub, and when I showered, there was no way to keep the water from dripping onto the floor. After showering, the entire bathroom was soaked. I fell backwards in the bathroom.

The house is 40 floors high, so there are many customers so waiting for the elevator takes a long time. The breakfast buffet is quite bad, with few dishes. unsuitable taste. Unenthusiastic staff (security guard + bell boy).

A great vacation place. The food was delicious, especially on the last day my child was sick and had to go to the hospital. The lobby manager provided extremely great support for weekend visitors, but the room was full but still allowed the mother and child to stay until 5pm. The kitchen manager told the cook to bring his child home and give him a lovely dinosaur. Because I was tired of taking care of my child, I forgot to ask the manager's name. Thank you very much. You are a gentle, thoughtful and very sympathetic person with glasses. If I have the opportunity, I will stay at Muong Thanh many more times.

This was the first time I experienced staying at a hotel, but I found the hotel service to be very consistent with what I requested when ordering directly by online room registration, the room was clean, the buffet was diverse and delicious, When I went, I booked a sea view room, directly overlooking My Khe beach, very beautiful, everyone and also has a very clean swimming pool, verry good.
