Staff and management are terrible. Breakfast was out by 7:30.

The hotel location is strategic and easy to access by online vehicles.

The room is cozy but the water is sometimes hot and sometimes cold.

Central location, clean room, clean toilet. Friendly staff

The hotel is reasonably priced, located near the center. The staff is friendly and polite, although I booked a room without windows, the staff still arranged for me a room with a window but the price did not increase. The bathroom is quite ok.

Dust is everywhere. The hotel still going on renovation. After 11 pm, the lobby is empty. However, the staff is nice and helpful. My first room isn't clean and I got another room which is more proper. I hope the hotel's management could finish the renovation as soon as possible.

That night I was tired of activities outside, I couldn't open room 305, there was no hotel staff on duty, and I was called by security for a long time waiting and inside it wasn't my suitcase, but someone else's suitcase, I was emotional, and was taken to the warehouse and delivered. to the 5th floor, in room 5 I opened my suitcase, all my things were packed and put in the suitcase. I don't mind, but I have to confirm. The hotel people who chatted with me said firstly there were no extensions, secondly they only booked 1 night, secondly they gave me late check out until 6pm for system reasons (I didn't take late check out at 6pm because I already had to check out). Even though I had sent proof of the booking code for 2 nights long ago. And after I wanted to check out at a little past 12, there was no staff, so I put the key at the reception desk.
