Beautiful location, super close to the sea, wide and airy alley, although when I arrived, the downstairs was being repaired to make a 24-hour mini supermarket, it was still acceptable and supportive. The point I found unreasonable was that the refrigerator was cut off when leaving the room, so if I bought water to cool it in the refrigerator, it would not work if I went out. The glass door to my room that blocked the shower was stuck, hissing, and the drain was clogged, so every time I showered, it would flood. I called the staff to check but then it continued. Hopefully this problem can be fixed. Apart from the above, there is really nothing to complain about. If I come back, I will still book this hotel, but will change to another room.

Good: • friendly staff- even helped us break a 500K note with her personal cash. • good location • quiet • free water every day and trolly just stays downstairs so help yourself to more • kettle and desk Bad: • laggy wifi • bed sheets felt dirty • fridge was hot not cold • lamp plug broken • flickering light on last day of stay • floor dirty even tho they mop every day

Friendly reception, check in and check out very fast, quite clean, very close to the beach. Only the lobby room smells. If possible, the service can be improved such as maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby.

The hotel is easy to find, just go straight to the Dragon Bridge through Son Tra and turn right to get there. The spacious motorbike parking lot in front of the hotel has a roof so you don't have to worry about getting wet in the rain. The 24/7 staff gives gentle and thorough advice. There is an elevator to each floor. The room is spacious, the window curtains are broken so it's difficult to pull them out or get stuck, the view is also okay depending on the room location (last time I booked a room with a better view), the bedding is clean, there is a refrigerator and a closet but there are not many hangers; the air conditioner remote can be faulty, sometimes switching to ⁰C and ⁰F so it's a bit uncomfortable. Bathroom 7/10: good ventilation, good sink, extra toothbrush and cream provided; there is a separate shower area, surrounded by glass, the water is not very hot, you have to wait a long time for hot water so it will be inconvenient for those who can't shower with cold water. Everything is very good, the toilet is okay, the price is reasonable compared to the general level, will order again next time 😊😊

When I arrived, it was raining quite heavily so I got wet. I asked the receptionist if there was a room available so I could check in early. Because there wasn't, I sat and waited. I waited for quite a while but the receptionist didn't ask if I was wet or lend me a towel or anything. The guests just sat there, ignoring the guests. When I went to check in, the room looked clean at first glance, but on the bed, it felt like the sheets hadn't been changed. There was still hair from the previous guest. The blanket had stains. In general, the worst thing I've ever heard is the receptionist.

If you loved the beach, then you might loved this hotel~ it's just 5 minutes walking. The room is good, the hot water didn't properly working but it's okay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, good recommendation for female solo traveler~

The receptionists are very nice and enthusiastic. I forgot my ring and they helped me send it to them. The room is clean and fragrant. However, the two nights I stayed there, I couldn't sleep because the hot water heater was too loud. I hope the hotel owner can fix this problem, there will definitely be more customers staying here. The room rate is cheap.

Hello. Thank you for choosing the hotel as your accommodation when coming to Da Nang. You booked a room for 2 people. When you arrived, there was an additional guest. We informed you that we would charge an additional fee and upgrade the room. We also happily agreed. If you have any comments about our staff, we will accept them. But we checked again from the time you stayed until you checked out, our staff were still cheerful and friendly. We did not see any attitude towards the guests. And you came back a few days ago. We thought you had a good experience at the hotel before coming back. We hope you will have a good experience when you return to Da Nang.
