At first it took quite a while to find the hotel because there was no sign outside, the entrance was quite small, making up for the super nice and clean decor. Located in the heart of Hanoi, so convenient to travel.

In the picture it's 10 points, but in reality it's -1 point. The wall is damp and leaky. The day I stayed for 2 days, there was a night of heavy rain in Hanoi that the water leaked from above and my whole room was submerged in water. OMG (I attached a picture for realism). The staff is okay, they support you, but I feel like you've handled this situation countless times :)) The room is super dark and old. I agree that you get what you pay for, but it's way below acceptable.

Địa chỉ để 153 nhưng lại nằm trong hẻm tối. phòng ẩm thấp có mùi khó chịu. Không như hình ảnh mô tả. Cầu thang chật hẹp không xách được hành lý lên. Mình lỡ thuê nên chỉ để hành lý và thuê khách sạn ngủ hôm sau về lấy hành lý

Phòng deluxe 202 không giống hình, ánh sáng mờ, đèn vàng, nvs có 1 đèn rất mờ và tối, không nhìn rõ được bên trong nvs luôn (lúc chụp ảnh bạn cùng phòng mình đang đi vệ sinh nên mình không chụp lại nvs, nhưng nó tối đen). Phòng trong ngõ, ẩm thấp, đặc biệt không hiểu tại sao giữa lòng Hà Nội lại không có sóng, không hề có sóng, chỉ có wifi nhưng thỉnh thoảng cũng hư, không thể liên lạc được với bên ngoài nếu ở trong phòng luôn??shipper giao đồ ăn đến không gọi không liên lạc được bị chửi quá trời. Lễ tân cũng đi dọn phòng ở phòng nào đó trên lầu, không có sóng không liên lạc được, gọi số bàn cũng không ai nghe. Ngày đầu đến mình complain phòng không thể ở, muốn huỷ phòng như không được hủy, khách sạn đổi hạng phòng Junior ở ngay quầy lễ tân, phòng vẫn tối hơn trên hình rất nhiều không đủ ánh sáng, không hề cách âm, ảnh hưởng giờ nghỉ ngơi trưa của mình. Mình đi làm việc nên cũng không muốn đổi tới đổi lui nhiều, phòng ở tạm nhưng với mức giá này thì không xứng đáng với 1 trải nghiệm như vậy.

The location is great, however, the room on the Ground floor is bad. First of all, the room is moldy. It seems like the hotel staff did not clean the room properly. Secondly, the bathroom sink is filthy and molds were everywhere around the sink. Although the staff was nice, I would not recommend the stay.

The hotel is really bad. 500k is not worth it. Both dirty and dilapidated. No more advertising. By deceiving others, I couldn't stay and threw away the room fee for 1 day. So disgusting. It must be too dirty and too scary.

I see the picture on the apartment and the room outside are very different. The hotel should replace the mattress with a new one because I feel like the mattress makes my whole body hurt. The springs keep rubbing on my body and I don't sleep well. I wake up in the morning and my body hurts even more. It's too bad. disappointed

Phòng có giá vô cùng hợp lý, không gian mở, thoáng, có giếng trời đủ ánh sáng, rất gần vin bà triệu thuận tiện đi lại, mong khách sạn đổi thành đèn vàng tất cả các phòng để có cảm giác phòng ấm cúng hơn ạ
