Phòng cũ, tivi không hoạt động, cửa hết pin, lần nào mở cửa cũng phải gọi lễ tân, phòng cũ ít khách, ít được bảo dưỡng bảo trì, buffet khách sạn chỉ có bánh mỳ và phở, bánh cuốn. Rất tệ. Nhân viên không 1 lời xin lỗi vì dịch vụ tệ.
