Wonderful!
A great place to enjoy the tranquility but still an ideal location to access lots of stores, restaurants and bars or pubs at night. New furniture and convenient facilities. The staff are always friendly and very helpful.

Hotel is not clean. Bed wrap is dirty and made me itchy when sleeping. Aircon is old so it 's noisy and not cool enough.

Stayed for one night. Located in the alley 2 mins from the main walking street. Bustling at nights with travelers, bars and pubs. Room is clean but the air con is not working well, had to wait half an hour before it got cooler.
We left the hotel in the afternoon leaving the air con turned on, but when we were back after dinner, it was turned off.
However, if we consider the price, the hotel is of great value for money.

Quite and cleanliness room, prime location (just some walk from walking street. Minus are no elevator and water not hot enough for cold weather in Hue

They served us was very good and hospitality. Welcome drink and fruit when we Checked in. Air Conditioner room had a problem, it was still hot when we were sleeping

I was totally amazing with Poetic Hue Hotel. Everything was great except a small thing (smelt of water) but I still felt good at here. Room is clean and very new, good decoration. Receptionist was very nice and helpful (i didn't remember her name, she can speak many languages fluently). In summary, I will recommend to my friends and come back if I have a chance!

I had my love holiday in Hue and I chose this hostel to stay. It was amazing within the price and located at a peaceful corner near the Foreign Street. The staffs were hospitably. The standard double room was lovely and bright! Strongly recommend this for all of you guys!
