Havana Nha Trang is an ideal centrally located hotel, right on the main strip with tons of shops, restaurants, and attractions just right next door. Deputy General manager Nguyen Van Trong and staff made sure our families every need was accommodated with warmth and amazing customer service. The rooftop restaurant Skylight offered an unbelievable view of the beach and the city of Nha Trang along with a quality dining experience. I loved our stay and would definitely stay again just for the amazing pool and spa.

An outstanding place for family vacation This is my first time coming to visit Nha Trang and we absolutely love it. We stay in the city center where Havana hotel is. The hotel is in a great location, full access to the beach across the street. You can go through the tunnel to avoid the traffic. Lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery shopping and tourists places within walking distance. Stunning view from the 45th floor of rooftop at Havana. It’s a must and only thing that you don’t want to miss here. The hotel is very professional with nice facilities and great service. Nice, clean and big room, great food, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even made a birthday cake for my younger child which I didn’t expect but I am so grateful for it. All of these make our family vacation a great experience and I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is interested in taking a family vacation in Nha Trang.

The place to be! Be prepared for a lack of air conditioning, but that seems to be a general thing in Nha Trang. The atmosphere is fun and enchanting. The food was great! I had a beef salad in a pineapple and the cocktails were made with fresh juice. At night it becomes a dance club for those really wanting.

At first, I was satisfied with the room provided, but the plug for the bathtub was broken, so it couldn't hold water. Later, when I requested a room change, the new one was somewhat different from the original. When I asked if they had another room of the same type, they insisted they were all the same, which seemed like a bit of a lie. What I was most unhappy about was that the bathtub in the bathroom was too small, and the shower equipment was attached to it, making it very inconvenient for showering.

Had been here twice. It is really a nice and very convenient location with excellent buffet. Room is quite large and comfortable. I enjoyed pillows cause it is not too hard or too soft. Just one thing that if you drive a car, need to be check if there are any events or activities from local government before arrival because they will block the road in front of hotel then you can't use your car.

Awesome. We are really happy yo stay here. The room is wonderful. Havana gave us great support. Our train arrived Nha Trang so early, they also support us to check in early then. We had a wonderful trip. Thank you for your great support.
