General Check-in Instructions
For Residence type: Each Premium Beachfront pool Residence has 04 double bedrooms and 01 nanny room. Each Premium Riverfront pool Residence has 03 double bedrooms and 01 nanny room. Each Deluxe Riverfront pool Residence has 03 double bedrooms and 01 nanny room. Only 03 visitors will be allowed and will be charged VND500.000 per person. Day visitors required to leave the Resort by 22:00. Over person maximum 02 adults and 02 children aging from 0 to 11 years old per residence, they will be charged 1.500.000VND per adult per night and 750.000VND per child per night (without extra bed). Driver will be charged as an extra guest in Residences. For Villa type: Each Beachfront and Riverfront pool villa has 03 double bedrooms. Only 02 visitors will be allowed per villa and will be charged VND500.000 per person. Day visitors required to leave the Resort by 22:00. Driver will be charged as a visitor for villas. No extra person will be allowed. No party over 06 people will be allowed. General Conditions: Rates are quoted including daily breakfast, 10% government tax and 5% service charge. The daily breakfast will be served from 7:00 to 10:00am at Sandals restaurant. A deposit of VND2.000.000 for per pet to be charged on arrival aswell as an updated vaccination certificate to be emailed to us when requesting consent for the pets stay (Any Pet must have PRE authorisation from the General Manager BEFORE arrival) By Vietnamese laws, all guests are required to present passport or ID card upon check-in. Check in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Early check in at 12:00 or check out at 15:00 will be charge 20% per room charge. Late check out at 17:00 will be charge 50% per room charge. Late check out at 18:00 will be full charge per night. Credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX) are accepted. A "no-show" or late cancellation within 07 days before arrival will automatically incur full stay charge at the above quoted price. Smoking is allowed outside residence or villa only. NO smoking inside any residence or villa, otherwise a VND2.000.000 fine will be charged A security deposit of VND2.000.000 per villa/residence is required upon check in. Music cannot be too loud to disturb the peace and must be turned down after 22:00. Incidental charges will be paid by cash or credit card at Sanctuary reception desk before checking out. Any lost or damaged key cards will be charged at VND200.000 PER CARD. Do not move any furniture from inside the villa or residence to outside. Any cost of damages shall be fully charged to the Guests account upon their departure.

This is the 3rd time I'm here, and the first time I chose a villa beachfront pool, this is also the first time I have booked a room on the app, but it has been a disappointment. On the app, the image of the villa was given incorrectly & too far from the actual one we received (with the attached image) - the pool: apart from the image on the app is not the same as the actual villa is much smaller, the pool then the length should be 4-5m, the width is about 2m, the picture can also see the pool must be only as big as 2 sunshades combined, a pool for 6 people and 2 babies to swim ??? - salon + kitchen: small, not large, only half the size of other villas - service: the room cleaners are very clean and friendly but the receptionist department does not feel it. According to the check-out condition is 11am, but from 10:27 pm some of you called yourself to 5 missed calls. I turned off the bell so I didn't hear it because I was cleaning. By 10:52 I finished cleaning the phone and called you guys to check the room to see, asking why you called so early because it was not time to check out, but her voice was unhappy but very "nice": she kept going. Clean up, we won't check you up ?! I think I can sleep until 11 o'clock, is it okay to check out on time? !! When I came to my room, I was surprised because the villa is small compared to the villas I have been here twice before. But I thought it was my fault because the beachfront pool is different from other villas, so I did not notice though it was really uncomfortable because the pool was too small, just enough for people to "soak" but could not called swimming. I just accidentally discovered that I was not mistaken, but the app gave the wrong picture, when the review only remembered and discovered it was clear because I was here, so I knew and looked at such image to hire . The app gives a visual, selling a villa to a guest, even different from reality. In addition, the plus point here: the beach, clean rooms and quiet, most liked in this villa because just a few steps to the beach, everyone's family likes to rest and play here. Ah, please also note that I have requested early check-in support, instead of 15h because of the small children, and I was checked in at 14:00 more, nearly 1pm in advance. Unfortunately, if you receptionist day c / o more professional then perhaps your family vacation was much more complete.

The advantage is that the house is full of items from dishwasher, outdoor BBQ grill to wine distiller, high-class comfort. the bedroom is oke, the breakfast is not good. Late check-in but when you enter, someone is cleaning the pool. quiet space. on rainy days 2-3 times, there are only 3 candles and flashlights, there must be a method of dealing with two customers. Check out then 11:00 when checking in, not having enough time to rest, you must leave before 12:00. generally will not return
