This hotel is highly recommended. I enjoyed my entire stay here. All the staffs are very hospitable and always smile for you which gives you good vibes on your day. It has nice view on rooftop and breakfast is good especially the Pho which is best for rainy day. I also like the dragon fruit. And they gave me a dragon fruit juice as welcome drink. The location is perfect too which is nearby the center of Hanoi and you can walk around Old quarter. Definitely I would stay here again when I’m back to Hanoi.

I was here for a day on a business trip. I find the staff to serve foreigners better than Vietnamese. The hotel's target audience may be foreigners, but I hope you will serve all customers equally. I take a typical example that I was waiting for my partner at the reception, I waited for a long time. My friend stayed 1 night before. While I was waiting, I saw that the staff member brought water for a foreign customer. And I don't. After I met my friend, I went with foreign guests, the attitude of the new staff was more comfortable with me. In addition, the breakfast is also quite small. In addition to the above 2 issues, I rate the hotel as good. Good location, Hope to have a better view of all customers.

the service is extremely bad, the laundry is very expensive and the laundry staff takes money from the customer and leaves it in his pants to wash and the customer refuses. the front desk staff doesn't have much experience in the industry, it's bad.

Nice hotel, clean, right in the center, walking around near, right at the food market, smiling friendly staff, listening to suggestions. But need to be more careful about breakfast, the salad I eat is not fresh and the fruit is dry like it has been cut through the day. Hopefully the next time I go, it will change more and the Sky Bar - Spa will open. Highly recommend this hotel!

Kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời ở Lucien Hà Nội. Mình đi du lịch gia đình dài ngày (đi nhiều nơi) nên khá nhiều vali. Khách sạn upgrade cho mình lên phòng to rộng, thoải mái. Có thể gửi vali tại khách sạn khi đi chơi xa. Khách sạn có vị trí rất thuận tiện ngay phố đi bộ Hồ Gươm nên mua gì cũng có. Nhân viên nhiệt tình hỗ trợ, chỉ dẫn.
