The room was small, had a musty smell, no view. The day I checked out, I stayed for another 5 hours. I called for more towels and toothpaste but the receptionist said it was not possible because I only stayed 1 night so there was no change of towels? Oh, I'll pay 5 hours later?

Check in has no security guard parking, no staff to guide check in, no bellman. When it rains, guests going out to the lobby also do not have staff to guide or cover the umbrella. The room is small, but the bathroom design is too big and unnecessary. Overall rating is not 4 star standard.

Hotel receptionist good attitude, attentive service. However, the room is too small, the price is quite high compared to the resort price with the same room size. The isolation is not good, can clearly hear the housekeeping staff.

The recorded room area is 30m2, but the actual area is only about 1/2. Furniture in the room is lacking, notify the staff, she only explains, not fixes. Soundproof problem is not good. The hotel has a nice location but needs to improve the service quality.
